I was happily referred to AJ's by our insurance adjuster. He told me that these guys were good. My Van is used for work and the driver side was riped open the whole side. A.J. was there when I brought in the van, he has seen wrecks before but when he say my van he paused. He then told me he could do it, in a few days and would start right then. This was the best part because I really could not work with out it. He finished by the end of the week as he promised, which considering what he and his staff had to do , was amazing. I recommend this company , and have done so happily , its rare to find this attention to detail. Terry McDougall

I feel really lucky to have found this shop - I might be biased, because they're pretty close to where I live, but they've done a variety of repairs/maintenance for me over the last few months, and I couldn't be happier. Mark is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and clear about what needs to be done, and what can wait. The prices are reasonable, and I've never felt like they're trying to rip me off.

I was in desperate need of having my Prius repaired. I’m not from the area so I had no referrals. I found AJs on google and called them and spoke with Mark. He was really kind and walked me through different options. I was unsure of what to do because of the frustrating circumstances I was in and said I had to think about it. The next morning he followed up with me by calling me! I brought my car in and everyone working there was really nice including the mechanic. I highly recommend this auto shop. And if you are out of town like me, don’t hesitate to go to this place!

I took my car to AJ's for glass replacement as well as some additonal repairs needed due to a vandalisim. Their service was stellar; both during and after. They helped me getting a car through my insurance plus giving me a ride to the rental car! as well as being flexible with my pick up date once my car was ready due to my work schedule, which helped me a lot. Highly recommend; honest and professional

Our car had multiple problems and due to its age most of the parts haven't been produced for years. Despite all this, AJ's went on a multi-month long crusade to source all the necessary parts and charged us no storage fee while the car was there. The car came out looking and running great!

After we got into a mild fender bender (our front bumper was ripped off our car), we took the car to AJ's who were able to repair the car and replace the bumper. While the actual repair took much longer than expected (original quote was 1 week but actual was about 1 month), we understood it was no fault of AJ's (supply chain issues!). Mark and Michelle were always super communicative and helpful, including dealing with our insurance company and the rental car company. I hate to say we hope never to be back (for who wants to get into more car accidents), but if we ever had to, AJ's is our first stop in the area. Definitely helped a bad situation become more palatable. The car came back better than ever, and the interior was even detailed for us!!!

Mark (who was my primary point of contact) was great and very sweet. I had to take my car back a second time because of some issues that came up after the initial diagnostic, and they were really thorough in finding out what the problem was. They are clearly an honest bunch here and didn’t charge me for more than what was necessary

Mark was particularly pleasant and easy to talk with. Aside from that, this experience was a headache. I asked for my ABS unit to be evaluated. After more than 5 months of having the vehicle, I was footed the bill for relays and components I didn't need, and about 3 hours worth of labor that left me with nothing but a drain on my bank account. The cringiest part of the entire experience was all the promises to call me back/help etc. that I never received. I would not recommend this shop. One star for Mark's mostly pleasant interactions and another for "helping me out" by reducing their hourly $205 labor rate.

AJ's Auto Clinic is awesome! My car looks brand new! So fresh and so clean clean! My vehicle had been in an accident so I took my Jeep to AJ's! Mark & AJ took excellent care of me and my vehicle! AJ’s auto clinic has been servicing my vehicle for many years now. AJ & Mark are two of the most brilliant and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Recent I had my vehicle in there for body repairs after it was hit on the freeway and they made the entire process so seamless. Mark made sure to completely communicate with me what was being repaired on vehicle and would always stay in touch with me on updates on my vehicle. He really went above and beyond for me this time! When I got my vehicle back it looked like a totally different vehicle I almost did not recognize it.
