It is good. Wash was perfect. Customer service is also good. Helpful. Just make sure you close windows immediately after the payment and then enter the wash area. Because the water will be sprayed on the car right immediately you enter the area before you park the car for the wash itself.

Spent $18 to wash my car and expected to use the free vacuums. There were no vacuum hoses on any of the vacuums. They may be free but they can't be used. What gives? Editing to reply to owner: sorry to hear that. I went through at 8 pm. Wish that was disclosed before I paid. Thank you for responding.

It's a hit or miss thing with Laser Wash. I really do like having my membership here its the convince of going whenever I want but They need consistency always seems like the bays are either not in service or the wash is lacking in cleaning products. That's the reason for the 3 stars. Please fix bays and assure that wash bays have cleaning products filled to ensure returning customers.

This car wash has completely gone down hill. Just went for a wash today and the bay door wouldn't close while the person in front of me was getting their car washed so I got totally sprayed down while trying to use their poor functioning card reader. The card reader ended up charging me TWICE after having to use 2 cards to get the busted thing to read. Then I tried to use their vacuums and only 2 were working. Charged twice and didn't even get to vacuum my car! Won't be going back after I get my refund!

This company was great and made an effort to ensure customer satisfaction. An employee noticed our truck may not have been cleaned as it should have been, and offered us a free wash to ensure satisfaction. This gentlemen, with the Toyota supra, then helped us scrub the truck and was very genuine with his work. Would recommend this place to anyone just because of the great customer service!

Paid $25 for the car wash to not even clean my entire tailgate....emailed for a way to go back through and get it fixed but then never responded back to me I wont be back. I'll pay the $30 for Sudzy Salmon. Edited to add- to the reply to my review...thanks for assuring me my decisions to not be back was made wisely. When you deal with the public the last thing you should do is argue.I have done customer service for years, it sucks but its the job. I emailed whatever email you have on your website the issue along with a picture of the issue. Your only reply should have been "my apologies come on back we will be glad to fix it!" Had you said that I would have been more than willing to come back and give the car wash another chance and delete my review if applicaple. My entire tailgate was missed. Your car wash stinks and so does your attitude.

Car wash left lots of blue soap all over the truck, didn't get rinsed off all the way. Noticed the satisfaction guaranteed posted on the door with a phone number, Called and left a message but never got a call back. Spent $20 for the truck to look worse than it did before the wash. ::EDIT:: Due to the experience above I tried out the car wash at Holiday. I highly recommend it. Less expensive, newer technology, the receipt printer works, and there are staff on site 24/7.

2 of 6 lanes open for months. Get it together man. To your response: Last week's fire explains one lane down (big ups to AFD), but waiting on new equipment for months? Is that also why the Spenard location is also chronically underfunctioning? I've been paying full price subscription for years, I expect a fully functioning car wash.

Used to be my favorite car wash. I still have a subscription. So I use it quite often. They've been watering down their soap so much. I'm on the Ultimate Ceramic plan. The multi color soap now looks like this.. Also there are never towels available and they need to find a way to keep people who aren't paying customers from using their vacuums. I've come out of the car wash many times and the vacuums are busy with some cars that clearly didn't even use the car wash.

Horrible. I’ve tried 4 out of the 6 bays at this location, and same result every time. The wash doesn’t do anything at all. I talked to one of the on sight employees and showed them that my vehicle wasn’t even washed at all and they offered me a free wash. What good is a free wash if it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do? This is the second Alaska Laser Wash location I’v tried thinking that maybe the other location was just a poor quality facility and figured I’d give them an honest chance. I took this photo about 10 min after the wash. The only clean spots are where my hands open and close the door......LMAO Response from the owner 9 hours ago Keyser, I am sorry to hear that you have been having such a difficult time getting your vehicle washed. I suspect what has occurred is that you, for whatever reason, didn't get a good wash the first time you went through, but the finish products worked great - and encapsulated the dirt behind a protective layer. This happens from time to time, but not that often. The solution is to use one of the pre-scrub brushes to remove the Weather Guard and Carnauba Wax and then re-wash. I generally do this myself for my customers who come to the Lake Otis location and have this issue. If you would rather not have a brush touch your vehicle, then one or two of the $10 washes (which don't have finish products) will remove them finish allowing the dirt and grime behind the protective layers to be removed. I know this seems like a lot of work, but it isn't. Please stop by one of our locations and have an attendant help you. Looking at the photo you posted I have to wonder how long it has been since you washed your vehicle... Reply to the owners response: Thanks for the response, but there are a few problems with it. I went to your wash on 4 different occasions over a 2 week period and never saw anyone “pre scrubbing”. The allure to this type of wash is the fact that it’s touchless. There are plenty of spray and wash facilities that I can go to if I wanted to use a brush. If I’m paying for an automated wash that I have to get out and pre scrub with a brush it kind of defeats the purpose. Also you apparently did not read my full review. That picture was taken no more than 10 minutes after the wash was completed.

This car wash has problems. It stopped and kicked me out with soap all over my car. I called and texted the number to get my money back during the working hours and nobody responded. Lost my $25 fee and will not be going back here. Edit: finally got a hold of someone and they refunded my money. Changed my stars to reflect that effort.

This was after a car wash here. No prewash like I've seen at other places for the caked on stuff. No attendant on duty and no one returned my phone calls even after leaving a voicemail. This is my third time I've had issues at this franchise. I would recommend other places if you actually want your vehicle cleaned.

Brought my dodge grand caravan in the other day and unfortunately left disappointed after spending the $25 for the highest-tier wash and coating. Extensive missed spots on the roof, rear, and low-sides of the vehicle and almost no change to front bumper bugs. Suggest alternatives in the area or DIY home wash.

Sadly the last 3 times I took my new car through it has been awful! This car is close to the ground and the washer just doesn't fmdo a good job on the bottom half of the car. Really disappointed, it got worse each time, now I am going to have to do a hand wash and its so cold already. I've had better experience with larger vehicle in the past...IDK? It didn't even clean the back window.

With the everwash subscription, I can run through once a day and any vehicles after the first get discounted by 50% which is INCREDIBLE for a turo host like me with multiple vehicles that regularly need to be cleaned. My location even has microfiber rags near the free vacuums, so you can wipe off anything that the wash didnt get or use the water to wipe off door sills and anything hidden. Truly great convenience.

They do have a plus its nice having several locations. Continue yo have issues with wash not working correctly. Missing soap, dryer stopping premature to time limit, rinse not working right. And best yet a piece fell.off machine and landed in my truck bed. Th kids there were nice but a free carwash does not help. I have reached out to company with no reply. Just be careful with their was system. If it would have been a car it would.have smashed the back windows.
