Lauren with Albertson’s Drive & Go is so insanely thoughtful and diligent. I called regarding a specification to my order and she went above and beyond to ensure it was fulfilled. She called me multiple times to let me know she was doing everything she could and she delivered. It was so heartwarming that a worker went so far out of her way for such a simple request!

Dont ever sign up for their delivery service! I paid the annual fee a month ago and order every week and have been missing items every time I order. You cant get anyone on the phone to have the missing items delivered or refunded so you're pretty much just screwed. You get what you get basically!!

This store if clean and well organized. The lady that worked in the flower department wasn't helpful or friendly. When I requested I information from her, she responded in a sharp time and did not help me. She pointed to an area with a large number of flowers and pretty much told me to go look for the item myself. It was the same when I inquired about flower bags

Most of the time when I shop at Albertson's I feel satisfied. Today I went and I felt insulted when as I was approaching a self check out machine a woman working by the machines acted like I could not read that machine before I read that it was closed. One of the reasons why I am writing this is because I feel outdone and bothered by the assuming conduct.

Does anyone even taste the fruit to make sure its sweet before they chop up countless amounts of unripen fruit. Just left there and bought 3 fruit bowls 2 watermelon and a pineapple and none of them where sweet and the watermelon was extremely mushy also there was several bowls that didnt even have a price on them. Next time I'll just visit the fruit stand to get fresh fruit because im not in the habit of wasting money on a gamble and things not being correct.

Pissed doesn't even began to explain... the 7 minutes the officer spent arguing with customers we could have made our purchases. There is an occurrence that i was able to record finally every 1st of the month. I assume because cashiers are overwhelmed by government assistance sales they lock the doors at 9:40 and it is unfair. It only occurs when stamps and benefits are released. I can go on the 26th of any month and walk in at 9:55 no problem. (IF I EVER GO THIS LATE ITS TO GRAB ONE ITEM) But 20 minutes before close denying customers is unacceptable!
