Place should be shut down for not having an actual mechanic on site. Had engine work done on my vehicle and it still rides rough and every mechanic I've seen since asks "whoever did that should be sued for malpractice" .. On top of that I've seen cosmetic damage in areas around the top of the bumper, I noticed weeks after the fact. Confronted them about it and of course no responsibility taken. Government entities exist to perform health inspections on restaurants.. why doesn't an agency exist to shut down hacks that run a place like this?

Great service, very professional and very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend them for any body, paint work or any general maintenance stuff. I got brakes and rotors put on along with a bumper and everything was quick, cost effective, and turned out great.

Shop had vehicle for 68 days to fix hail damage. Showed up in the middle of the night once to grab a few things that I left in my car. I found my car unlocked and the battery was dead in the parking lot unattended. This wouldn't be an issue except their is sensitive equipment in the vehicle. Once I finally got my car back the battery had to be replaced, driver's side window didn't work, none of the vehicle's interior lights worked, and the passenger side door would not open. Luckily this was a work vehicle. I would never take a vehicle here again.

How have I never gone here before? They are amazing. Family owned which means a lot to me as a daughter of a family owned company. They are friendly, fair, and quick. I scraped up my car today and within ten minutes of my incident, I was able to be seen in their shop. The guys are extremely friendly and nice to chat with. I mean it in the nicest way when I say I hope I don’t need to come back, but if or when I run into a car issue, I will be back. And I’ll be spreading the word about Alexander’s!!

I have been to many shops that have made me feel not 100 percent that my car was properly taken care of and with respect until I came to this shop. They are affordable, get the job done in a respectful time frame, flexible and everyone's smiling when I come in and polite. They explained things and answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming here for any future issues, GREAT place, will and would definitely recommend!!!
