Went in looking for a K5, I had a bad experience at a dealership in Urbana and decided to finally go for the Kia dealership here in town. Austin was amazing! He helped me find a K5 GT line that I fell in love with. He was very helpful with the price and all the paperwork. Was very friendly and sociable. Showed me all the new features in the car that I didn’t even know was there. I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of since I’m a women, and everyone there was extremely helpful and nice. He answered every question we had, and went above and beyond with showing us the cars, features, prices, and anything else they had to offer. Brian our salesman was very helpful as my husband and I navigated our first car purchase as a married couple. We absolutely love the car and would recommend them to others who are looking for a low-stress sales environment and supportive staff. We were able to get the transaction done relatively quickly, and we were able to walk away with the car of our dreams at a reasonable price. Edit: After having the car for around a month, we experienced some issues with the car (as sometimes happens with used vehicles) and Brian and the other staff were very helpful in navigating the issues we experienced. As this was our first time buying a car from a dealership, we are beyond grateful for them taking the time to listen to our needs and this only reinforced in our minds that O'Brien Kia was the right place for us.
