We have just recently been referred to this shop from a friend. The first time we took our car there, it was for an oil leak. They took our car in immediately and fixed the issue. Our car is currently there for the AC unit, again, he took in the car immediately. They are very fair in pricing. They stay open late, and they get the job done. I am completely satisfied and will continue to take our car there whenever we have a problem. I would recommend this shop, and already have to anyone I know. Fast and friendly, the price is very reasonable!!!

Overcharged my car by at least 200 bucks to change some piece and took some of my gas out of the car without permission. I admit this place is a good place to go too if other mechanics cant figure out what is wrong with your car because this place KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS car technology better than most. But I am just angry that I got overcharged and gas removed without my expressed permission. Maybe next time I'll have a better experience, if it's an emergency.

Worst experience ever! I had my car there for 11 days for a misfire.i had to call the shop several times to find out what was going on with my car cause they never called me themselves.Alfonso changed the coils,spark plugs and mixed up my coil connector wires(the only parts I gave consent to change was the coils)so it started running on 2 cylinders right after he mixed my wires he blamed it on the person that worked on the wires before him and tried to switch the computer cause he was saying that it was burnt out from the wires when it wasnt actually burnt out,I decided to go get my car back to bring it to another shop before he could make it any worse and he had the audacity to tell me I was driving him crazy and wasted his time by getting my car back after I told him to order all those parts(I NEVER TOLD HIM TO ORDER THEM!)🤦😡when he was just making my car far more worse as he was wasting my time.He even said my spark plugs were broke when I already told them they were brand new when I first dropped of my car!🤦I brought my car to Pete's instead and it was fixed in one day,turns out the only thing that needed to be changed in the first place was the oxygen sensor(which is supposed to only take 5 minutes to replace)could've been an easy cheap quick fix but I ended up paying 500$ plus 160$ for useless parts cause Alfonso mixed up my wires and burnt out my coils.ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS SHOP ARE FAKE!NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE THIS GUY IS RIDICULOUS!😡

My girl took her car here yesterday and almost got taken advantage of. The guy said that she needed and new transmission and everything thing would have costed 1140 including labor.. I thought it sounded to good to be true so I sent her to someone else and they said they messed to change some sensors and it only costed 250 and the car is running perfectly! These guys at Alfonso are rip off artists DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!

Worse mechanic I've ever been to. Terrible with customer service. Will hold your vehicle for 6/7 days each day saying it'll be ready the following day at 2p then they says sorry the next day. Until it's been a whole week. Full Warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️ do not take your car here. I wish I took the reviews into consideration prior to going. Unfortunately, this was a emergency. Last resort.

Took my mazda 3 manual transmission because transmission wasnt shifting properly and i couldnt get it to reverse so i tow it over there they check it and they tell me the transmission is bad and the clutch i towed it back home couldnt figure it out so i sell it to a friend of mines for $600 thinking the transmission is bad since thats what they told me. Friens buys car next day car was fixed. The cable to the transmission popes out and all they did was hook it back in and everything work. The only car i had to get to work and i had to get rid of it because of that so be careful because they dont check cars right they just crank it and make a guess not going back again

My experience echoes the other bad experiences previously mentioned in other reviews. We get a call at 4:30 that the car is ready. Mind you this is after about a week and a half of waiting for the car. We get there at 6, and the vehicle is not ready. We watched this mechanic glue trim pieces and the front grill back onto the car. These parts previously had clips so it was clear the clips were broken. After an hour of standing outside and waiting for the gluing and other small things to be completed, they go to start the vehicle and the battery is dead. After another 20 minutes and being told the battery needed a full charge which would take 30 minutes, one of the women who work the front desk came out and took a look at the battery. The positive terminal was disconnected! She is the one who fixed it and we finally got on the road. We made a stop, and when we got back to the car the battery was “dead” once again. I took a look and it turns out the ground terminal was loosely attached to the battery. The whole experience was abysmal. Find another shop, DO NOT waste your time, money and energy dealing with this dumpster fire of a business. Oh and by the way, we sent it in because of a stuck hood latch. An absolute joke.

Love this shop!! Everyone is so nice! They fixed my car! They ask to follow up in a few days to make sure everything is all good! They truly care and they know what they are doing. I had a few conversations with people in the lobby also getting work done on their car and I hear great feed back all the time. Definitely will come to Alfonso if I ever have any issues with my car. Great people you can trust!

The first time I went there the vehicle was fixed properly. The next time I can come after my car was involved in an accident. The car was worse when I left. They over charged me and completely rip off artists. The car took way too long to get fixed and keep costing more money to fix it everyday. Never go to this place. There are way better places to go than this place. Stay away

I had a good experience. They did the job for the quoted price in about the time allowed (about 3 hours instead of about 2 hours). They were willing to work with me to use a part I had purchased, and their price was appropriate. There was a minor issue I noticed at the end of the job, and they were prompt and accommodating when addressing it.

Went here on vacation with what we thought was a messed up transmission, but turns out we needed our muffler welded back on. They stayed open late to help us out, and charged us 200 for diagnostics and welding. Mechanic was super helpful and fast- and we were out of there in 2 hours. Be careful with your valuables, as you should at any mechanics in a big city! Very knowledgeable and helpful overall. Would recommend!

I’m giving 5 stars because they were so helpful and communicated everything to me, an estimate, what had to be done , how long it would take, and they finished my repair in under 24 hours stating they knew it’s important for people to have their cars!
