I have been taking my, and my family's Subaru vehicles to Ali's for 8 years now. Originally he worked in a different gas station as a mechanic. A few years back he bought his own business, for which I am very happy. After so many years he actually became a friend, I knew I found a good mechanic when he always looks out for my interests, very reasonable prices, and affordable repairs, he will never recommend a repair which is not needed, or as 'stealerships' try to charge you arm and a leg for every little thing, or some shops will say you need something when you really don't. Very knowledgeable in AWD car repair, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars! Man gets 5 stars from me.

I love bringing my cars to Ali (Toyota Camry, Ford F-150). I don’t go anywhere else. He charges a fair price and doesn’t come up with “unreasonable urgent repairs” like some places. I forgot he told me I needed an alignment during service (so I didn’t authorize it) and when I went to Costco they told me I needed the same thing, so I brought it back straightaway.

I live down the street from the station. I'm updating my post I had Hyundai service look at my car because a I am always having little problems with the car right after I see them. It's something with the steering then I had problem with the radiator and brakes that were only a few months old. The Hyundai service was very nice but more expensive. They said that they found someone has sliced the lower radiator hose with a razor and it was just small cuts so it will take a while before I find out. So either someone went in my garage and cut it or someone in the stree or Ali's service station. I also have had many other little things breaking they had stripped one of my lug nuts and it broke off a week after I had them fix that very same tire nobody else could have done that.Then I had to get my water pump replaced because of the cuts in the hose. So watch out for them. I wouldn't say anything but having to pay for all that extra work on my car that is ridiculous why can't people fix the car right and let you know if you need anything at a later time. They want me to give them the right amount of money so I expect the work to be done as well.

I went there for a headlight replacement on my Cadillac STS after getting a $250 estimate and two hour repair time from both Cadillac and AAA (due to having to take bumper off to get to light) Ali was very nice took me in right away, no calling ahead and replaced it in 30 minutes for $40! That's a great deal and I can see why he has such great reviews-he made a customer out of me.

The best in town auto service and repair facility The office crew is always bright and cheerful (and keeps my appointments and info. organized—very important) and Ali is always friendly and easy to talk to when he gives me rides home (thank you for that added convenience, too!). Other staff members are also very attentive to my car and I actually feel guilty when I don’t take care of my car properly, so he’s definitely made me feel like my car is valuable. (Even though it’s 17 years old now) Thank you for taking care of me and my car!

Ali is an expert at what he does! He is very dedicated and very customer focused. I have gone to him to get regular oil change and brake repaired and felt that he gave me sound advice and did not rip me off. His prices are most reasonable but more importantly if feel that he does a reliable job and that gives me a peace of mind I would highly recommend him as the go-to car mechanic in the Pennington/Ewing area.

I've been coming to Ali's for the past 3 years. He's very straight forward if your car has problem he will tell you right away and get it fix really fast at reasonable prices. He's very dedicated and trust worthy. Never had a problem he's always reliable and always tells what's worth repair now or later and saves you money whether your car is old or new he's the guy to go.

Have been going here for a couple of years, driven by problems that were I fixable by other shops. These include problems with windshield fluid flow, transmission, and cooling. I am glad I found a honest expert to care for my cars. I have known Ali for a decade now and have been very happy with his service. He has saved me thousands of dollars compared to dealer pricing. He knows his stuff, and does excellent diagnosis at no cost. He only charges if only if he absolutely needs to. I have referred Ali to many in my personal circle, and they are all very happy. He will go above and beyond to ensure he offers excellent service - for e.g: when my car broke down late hours, he loaned me his personal car to ensure I get home on time. I've been coming to Ali's auto for years and have even brought my friends here whenever there is a car issue. They are always available and will fix the issue right away - no overcharging or replacing anything that isn't broken. They are honest, good, and friendly guys. With all the issues I always have with my old car (oil changes, brakes, wheels, axel, etc.) and being a "regular" now, these guys have always been reliable in fixing it all and I'm so glad they're here in Ewing. My boyfriend recommended this place after my 2014 Honda CR-V started sounding weird. I called and he said to bring it in. Expecting to wait, Ali and his team immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it within an hour. Ali took the time to explain everything that was wrong, didn't rush us and knew what he is talking about. I was amazed. The price was reasonable and below what I expected to pay. Driving off felt like driving a new car. Thanks for the excellent service!

Will not be going back. My radiator blew Friday and I took my car to the shop. They asked for my number and my fathers, they didn’t call me they only called my father about what was wrong with my car… weird. I’m a female and I own my car. I had to get my radiator replaced and have coolant put in, I brought the coolant and the part as my dad is a mechanic out of state and ordered the part. I accidentally picked up concentrate rather than 50/50 not realizing but these men should have known better. They put two full gallons of concentrate in my radiator without any water to dilute it as the bottle even says. They argued with me and my father that they were right and it was fine. Temp read normal, but they wouldn’t give my dad a temp. My dad is a mechanic of over 25 years, had I been able to travel the distance to go to him I would have done so in a heart beat. And I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to. This shop let me down and took advantage of me. Also gave me a “student discount” when I’m not even a student and funny enough, it was the same price he quoted me at to my father. Tried to make me feel as if he did me a favor 😂 Bizarre and unprofessional. They did give me $22 back to replace the one jug as if that was going to fix the problem… They also charged me for a part I didn’t need, $10.50 to be exact. For a clip that my car already had..?
