Took my 2000 jeep cherokee sport for Alignment afther my macanic installed brand new front suspension after a couple weeks i notice that my front driver side tire was Squatted out..took back to budmans and they took jeep in to check out.lady in office calls me and tells me that the macanic checked the jeep out and said that my u joint was bad and had a bad tie rod..when u joints dont have nothing to do with toe in or toe out..and when everything under jeep was brand new..lady in office said i had to fix u joints and pay for Another alignment. After they changed me $120 they wanted me to pay again..not even 3 month..what a buch of scammers..just wonted to make more money off of me.when there macanic was the one that screwed up..when all they had to do was just fix the problem when i had already payed $120..what a buch of scammers..was my 1st time going the because my macanic recommend them and. It will be my last..even my macanic was shocked with there serv..Caution the others go to another better place were they honor there work..

This shop isn't completely incompetent, because they're able to do a decent oil change, and their alignments aren't half bad either. My problem with them is where they get their replacement parts for your car - they won't tell you. Long story short, the last time I was a customer here was approximately a year ago, and the parts that they replaced (and have already worn out) were the hood struts, the resonator on the mid-pipe (something inside broke and it started rattling), and the flex pipes attached to the catalytic converter (I got higher quality ones welded on by another shop instead of replacing the entire cat assembly). They had also replaced the rear brake calipers, and when I asked them on the phone back in August of 2016 what brand they were and where they got them, their answer each time was "well, they're remanufactured, like, your worn out calipers will be repaired and put on somebody elses car". I couldn't get a straight answer from them. This told me that they probably get their parts from a shop that "repairs" used parts that were gotten from an auto junkyard, and then resell it. This isn't just dishonesty to the customer, but it's also poor business practice. Needless to say, I will never be returning here, and I have also told others looking for car repairs to avoid this place too.

The woman who works the desk… who I found out later is the owners daughter… I thought the first time she was maybe just having a bad day. The second time, I again watched her disrespect other customers and myself and eye rolling like a miserable teenager. The Spanish woman working with her seemed really embarrassed for her behavior and apologized on her behalf. I feel bad for that one woman having to work with the nasty one. It was mind blowing, considering we are the ones paying your father to pay you your little paycheck. It’s not our fault your attitude is so unbearable that your father is the only one who will employ you.

I've never brought my own vehicle here but I do tow cars here the locked lot when open is very spacious and front lot is a bit small for a rollback but a conventional is perfect. The staff is wonderful to deal with and Anna is such a delightful person.

Accurate. Timely! Honest! Worth it! I'll pay extra every time for veteran experience and quality service. I was told up to 3 days for diagnostics and possibly 2 more for parts delivery and repair. My diagnostic code was electrical so I knew it could be anything. They found the issue almost immediately and had me back on the road in 3 days. Now I got lucky. It could have been more days, but they helped me plan accordingly. In the past I've taken my car to other shops and they promise quick turn around times, cheap prices, and they never deliver! I want someone to just give me a straight and honest report. If they know that the part is going to add another $200 to the bill then quote me both the time and labor. Tired of dealing with scam artist auto shops.

Probably the worst body shop i have ever encountered, they don’t accept genuine parts that you choose to bring in yourself. They have some of the most disrespectful staff to sit there and tell me that my own vehicle can’t be worked on or restored when it is fully capable of having work done on it. Paying out of pocket and can’t even get a quote for the work i want done on it. Do not go to this body shop they are absolute garbage. Clearly they don’t want your money haha. Good luck finding customers!🤣

I've been coming to Budman since I first started driving in 2009. My parents recommended me to this shop and I highly recommend it. Anytime I need an alignment or some body work done I think Budman. They're fast, efficient and affordable. If insurance didn't total out my Type R (RIP) I know they would have brought it back to life. Listen, I've had 5 different cars since 2009 (long story) and Budman has helped with every single one. Don't even think about going anywhere else, check here first.

Owner charged for job on vehicle which was never completed..Charge was $133. reached out for refund, owner refused to honor my request as job I paid for was never done. I do not recommend this business. Will be making a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau.

I've been at Budman for a friends car. They did an amazing. So when I needed work done I went to Budman. It turned out I needed a starter. Mike, owner, always really listens to your issues and is extremely knowledgable about all types of mechanical issues. He's such a trusting and honest man. The work was done quickly at a very fair price. Anna works in the office and she also is great and easy to work with. I can't say it enough, that if you need automotive work done to your car, do yourself a favor and call Budman.

Car looks pretty good, can not tell the paint difference whatsoever. Insurance company was a real pain. Budman handled everything so great and dealt with the insurance company for us for the most part. I wish they would have replaced one of the plastic parts but instead they semi-repaired it looks eh. I'm fairly certain the insurance company is to blame for that for not wanting to replace it but trying to repair it. Paint looks amazing!

Just wanted to say it's really nice finding a shop that you can trust and respect, they worked on both my wife's car and a couple of my own cars. My wife's car came out perfect after being in a minor accident, great job, they also worked on m y trailblazer ss doing the alignments and my pickup after a few minor accidents with it came out perfect also, they will work with you as best as they can , are friendly and trustworthy, I would recommend them for all your auto and bodywork , mostly you can trust they will do great work thanks again Budmans
