Jairo and his team are the best! My BMW needed repairs from an auto accident and they were recommended by my auto insurance. I'm glad I went with them because they are professional, super courteous and very accommodating. He educated me on the process and made great recommendations for extras I wanted on my car too. Although my parts took longer than usual due to BMW inventory, my car came out looking fabulous and working like new. I am very pleased and I highly recommend Jairo!

Car got towed to them only sat for 48 hours because of course I can’t pick up my car up that Saturday because they close early and don’t open Sunday. I come to pick it up on Monday and for some reason it’s $550?? Cash only which makes them seem scammy as is and when I came to get my car they had other cars parked so close it made it hard for my tow guy and I now have dents and scrapes that wasn’t there before it was towed. I can’t speak for their repair work but the towing and storing portion of the company is lacking and the unjustified price of $550 for 48 hour holding is legalized robbery.

Bring your car here! My sunroof shattered while I was driving, and came to Parkway Auto Body at the suggestion of my insurance provider. I'm so glad I did - everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and funny, which made my unfortunate situation way better. They were able to replace my sunroof quickly, and I can tell they did quality work. I'm so glad I found this place!

Jerzey and Jairo were extremely helpful, courteous and professional throughout the process of repairing our vehicle, which had sustained damage to two doors from a "hit-and-run" (the damage, thankfully, did not affect the car's chassis). They explained what needed to be done to complete a proper repair, and promised to bring the car back to factory condition (Jerzey even joked that when the repair is finished, we will like the side that was hit more than the side that wasn't!). They did as they promised and did not cut corners. They also dealt directly with our insurance. We were quite impressed with the final result. Highly recommend, indeed!

I brought my car in after a front-end collision. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the airbag deployed and there was moderate damage to the front hood. I spoke with the manager, Jairo, who was very straightforward and provided a clear estimate along with an expected repair timeline. This is my wife’s car, and the interior has a specific color she carefully chose and truly loves. To make a long story short, Jairo was able to source the exact interior color, replace the sensors and airbags, and reset the computer system. Although there were some initial issues with the computer, he successfully resolved them, and there are no warning lights on the dashboard. The car looks great, my wife loves it, and I am extremely happy with the service we received. I would definitely recommend them. Happy wife, happy life!
