The owner destroyed my lug nuts with an impact and didn’t even give my car an alignment and charged me 90 dollars to put my tires on backwards. I would recommend that no one uses this place for anything it has gone down hill since the original owner left

Went here because of the good reviews. Staff was very friendly. Very accommodating to fit me into their schedule. I have a 1992 Silverado K1500. They did not get the luxury of installing new front end suspension. The parts with shipping cost me $350. They quoted me $1,500. I did the front end work myself, but took my truck to them for an alignment since they spent time quoting me a price on rebuilding the front end. During the initial alignment, they claimed I had a bad front wheel bearing. It did have a very quiet rumble noise coming out of the right front wheel area, however absolutely zero play when rocking the rim back and forth aggressively. The bearing was not bad. They wanted to charge me $400 and claimed it would throw my alignment off. They "finished" my alignment, but when I drove my truck home, the wheel had to be turned off center just to drive straight down the road. I called them back right away and told them things were not right. I was told I could bring the vehicle back in the following week to get it fixed. Since they did not do the job right the first time and I was going back, I went ahead and ordered a new hub and bearing assembly for $50, installed it on Monday, took my truck back for my no-charge realignment on Tuesday. They took it for a drive, said yes it's off, then spent 15-20 minutes wrenching on what I believe was the tire rods. I was thinking, okay they got it right. Hopped in, started to drive home. The steering wheel was no better than when I brought the truck in and what's worse, now the truck pulled to the right. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Not worth my $100. Round 3: i took my vehicle to a different place to get it properly aligned. The left toe angle was off -0.22° and the right toe was off 0.53°. It doesn't seem like much on paper but my vehicle certainly steered poorly before this proper 3rd alignment and perfectly afterwards. Alignment pros do not give you a printout of your alignment before and after. Go to a different place with better technology and one with workers that have integrity. Perhaps everyone else with a positive review got suckered into paying for parts that did not need. Perhaps I received retaliation because they lost all the service later in markup on parts since I did the work myself. Not cool.

My son is a college kid doing rotations in SC for the month so he needs his car to get to the hospital and clinics daily. His car was making some noise when he braked so AP got him in right away and had it fixed in a day. Great service! I thought the price was very reasonable too.
