We got stopped at scale and needed to replace a tire. We are a small Canadian Carrier. I guess Heartland felt the need to price gauge our dire situation and take advantage of our situation. Charging us $1,139.08 for a single tire replacement which after the US conversion is $1,600.00 CAD FOR A SINGLE TIRE. Bunch of crooks who took advantage of us, when we had no options.

I recently moved to town and when looking for a place I could trust I read reviews online and asked around. Heartland had great reviews! They have a great user friendly website and online scheduling option. I came for an oil change but asked them to please look at my tires too. They were able to provide trustworthy advice and replace tires in the same day. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Heartland Tire! I rolled in with a completely flat tire before work, and they had me in and out in about 5 minutes. The loaner car was already running and ready for me when I walked out so I could get to work on time. They had my car fixed and all new tires ready to go after work. Truly appreciate their service and timeliness. Braden at the front desk is always top notch whenever I stop in. Highly recommend!

Bought 4 new tires from this place. Within two weeks one was already saying “low” when I hadn’t even left the house. Took it back they said “nothing wrong just needs some air” within a week it was low again. Driver rear tire was down to 10lbs PSI, I put enough to get me there safely and they say “nothing is wrong your rear passenger has a nail though” when that tire has never been low and wasn’t my issue. Wanted to charge me for that and still not fix the driver side tire without a hassle. When you spend that much money and get bad tires, and the customer service is just as bad. Not fun. Do not recommend this place at all.
