Mark does a great job and does not put on parts you don't need. He is reasonably priced and professional. Additionally, he is respectful and easy to work with in regard to your vehicle repairs.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. First off long waits. And the robbery that goes on there to thier minority costumers. I paid $393.00 for a distributor cap n rotor n a carborator gasket. Me trying to learn how to work on cars took every thing off for them and had the car towed over...so there is no way that should be that much. I should of got a whole new tune up for that amount of money . Stuff makes me sick. I hope alot of people don't get this kind of treatment...don't go here

They did an awesome job fixing the oil leak on my 2013 Ford Expedition. They had it fixed quick and on time and has not leaked since. Receptionist and staff were so helpful and nice. Will definitely be back. A+ Service.

I would no recommend this place to anyone I know. I paid them over $300 in labor for them to tell me nothing is wrong with my vehicle and that it was normal. I suspected motor mounts being bad due to an incredible amount of cabin vibration and was told twice that the mechanic inspected them. Clearly that was not the case, as I was not satisfied with the answer I took it to woodhouse just one block over where in fact it was diagnosed with bad motor mounts within 30 minutes of being taken in they changed them and now I am driving down the road smooth like I should be. I wish I had never taken my vehicle here not only did they charge me over $300 for absolutely nothing the front desk lady was very rude about the entire transaction and when I got into my vehicle there was dirt all over the interior and grease stains on my door panels and seats which are a tan leather.....I do not recommend this place. If you want to pay for a lack of knowledge and incompetence bring your vehicle here otherwise avoid it entirely. Motor mounts should be mechanic knowledge 101....I am no mechanic but even I understand that their job is to isolate engine vibration into the cabin....very disappointing.

I always do repair work on my cars but since my folks left for vacation for the holidays Im left with no garage to work on my cars. My apartments have strict rules about working on cars outside my studio apartment. Like every other person who works on their car you're probably sketched to bring it to a mechanic shop, high prices job not done .. well.. let me just say zenk auto is great! fast service, prices aren't high , customer service 2 thumbs up will be back for sure!!! I recommend this place 👍 👍

We have used Zenk auto in the past for major engine repairs and have always been happy with the service. We just had a truck not start and I decided to have it towed to Zenk's to have it diagnosed and fixed. They kept me informed and actually went out of their way to make sure they had an understanding of the situation and what I had done previously. I would definitely recommend.

Went in to go get my car diagnosed because was having troubles with hard starts on my Chevy Malibu and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. They looked at it when they said they would and came to a conclusion my computer was reading I was running e85 instead of 87. Been running great ever since went in for diagnosis left with my car running back to it’s normal self. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy mechanic

VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First and for most the front desk lady is TERRIBLY RUDE! The wait is forever!! Went in on a Saturday because i was told Friday i was going to receive a call after diagnosis, never did. Went in Saturday and men are just standing around waiting for 12 o clock to come around to go home. TERRIBLE!! Mind you I took my vehicle on a Wednesday and got it towed there having leaking issues and i mentioned to them it could be the WATER pump with what i’ve searched on my own and Mechanic called me Saturday after the fact i had gone to see what was up, he let me know the cost and that it could be $350/400 “depending on how much antifreeze they needed to apply”. Spoke to front desk to ask if i could have the key to turn on the vehicle and check over and she said “ NO WE DONT DO THAT HERE” have to pay first. OK. Paid $404 dollars to have no antifreeze applied after the work was done!! I will also doubt that it could have been the water pump they even changed. VERY BAD PLEASE DONT GO HERE!! They wanna seem like the nice and great but once they have your work there are TERRIBLE once again.
