The times I’ve use Abra. I’ve always had good results. The only thing I can complain about is this time it took, over two months for me to receive my vehicle. When I did get it back, it was better than before. Parts were the delay so I can’t fault them for that. Great customer service received throughout the whole process.

My previous experiences with Abra were always positive. They did a very good job this time, too. However, the communication could have been better. It took a total of one month to replace a light. They said they had called me twice when the parts came; I didn’t pick up the call because I didn’t recognize the caller ID. It didn’t show as Abra. So several weeks passed waiting. I wish they texted or emailed me when the first attempts to call me didn’t work.

I own a Lincoln Nautilis and I took it in to be fixed because I was rear-ended. I found your staff to be pleasant and friendly also professional and very accommodating. I love the fact that they kept me informed with a text once in a while where they were with my car and what had to be done because it was there six days.When I went to pick it up ,the gal walked out with us and showed us what they had done and it looked excellent!!! To top it off, they had cleaned the interior of the car which was an extra perk. I will definitely go here again, if I ever have the need and I have told my colleagues also. Excellent service and work!!!!! Thank you for giving me my SUV back looking just like it did when I took it off the lot!

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever gone through. Now, I'll admit there were some issues that were outside of their control, and I will not let that effect my review. (Like parts being on back order.) What I have an issue with is the complete and utter lack of communication. Throughout this process I was told multiple times that I would recieve a call about this update or that update. I only received a total of 3 calls from them, and only near and at the end. Every single other time, I had to call in order to get any update on the status of my vehicle. Plus I was told more than once that my vehicle would be ready in a day or two and then a day after it was supposed to be done that it still needed more work, like painting, final assembly etc... And again, this was me calling them the day after they said it would be done. I was never called to provide these additional updates. Then the final nail in the coffin, they tell me its done and ready to go, I say I'll be there to pick it up shortly, they say great. I get there and they say that they are running through final diagnostics. I thought you said it was done. That's not done. Thank god they didn't find any issues, otherwise I was out money and time on an uber to get there. I will never deal with this company again, and good riddance.

Also have warranty on their work that is as long as I own vehicle. Was impressed with vehicle repairs. Sami was the representative who took care of me during the process of my car repair. She kept me updated on all the repairs done to my vehicle, and she went above and beyond to obtain a temp vehicle for me while I waited for weeks for my car to be repaired. She’s been a blessing and I wouldn’t know what to do considering both my insurance and the insurance of the other driver who was responsible on covering loaner vehicles never called me back. we're at the body shop to pick up our vehicle, but the work appears to be subpar. The paint isn't matching, body panels are loose, and there are gaps everywhere. We're extremely disappointed in the quality. We cannot accept the vehicle in this condition.
