very rude the owner was using fowl language I was gonna see if i could get a fair price on getting my muffler repaired and i seen the owner start cursing at a young lady that just lost one of her family members and it just made my heart feel a lot of pain cause my mother just passed away. It seems like people just don't know what they got in this world i recorded it but its not really necessary to put the poor girl through much more then that but I thought the owner of schneider's muffler really needs some counseling and I'm gonna pray that he gets it before he really hurts someone. His behavior is out of control he is a danger to himself not to mention the public in my opinion he would of hurt her if he could. Beware if you go there.

Sometimes God sends you little reminders that he is in control LIKE when your tire blows just North of Sioux City and you don't know how to change a tire. Also it was 93 degrees out. As I was slowing driving on the flat trying to find a tire store Benjamin Schneiders saw me struggling and offered to help me out. This was such a blessing and I could not be more grateful. Thank you again.

Great shop, customer service, and reasonably priced. I call for an appointment always gets me in quick. Matter a fact I called with a problem with my car he told me to.stop down. I pulled in his shop driveway and he diagnosed my car problem and looked under the hood and confirmed it AND fixed it same day! I have had him look over cars before I purchased and never steered me wrong. Honest guy doing honest work. I will bring any car I own, new or old to him. From simple headlights to big problems he can do it all.

Highly recommend!!!!! My appointment was set up in a day, work finished in a couple of hours, and most importantly, the hardest thing to find - an honest man. I thought I needed a muffler, but it turns out I just needed flanges. I wouldn't have known the difference. Ben is personable. and guess what - he does other mechanical work too.

Met Ben through a mutual friend. Best place to go in Sioux City. Honest and priced right, like in the old days. He will tell you if anything else is in need of attention, not because he’s upselling but because he knows what he’s talking about. Replaced my clunky sway bar links that were driving me nuts (they were shot). He had never worked on my truck but said a lot of shops don’t bother checking or greasing the links unless asked. Schneiders just does it. Now I know. They may not start at 8:00 am, but will stay as late as need be to make your vehicle safe and reliable. You can trust Schneiders!
