Been here a few times to get air in my tires, this time it was for an oil change. I had a very pleasant experience here. The wait was long but so worth it. The guy doing the oil change found my pliers that I was looking for, for a month or so. Changed some really bad filters that had playing cards in it. That was interesting. The bathroom was super clean and the winner was the coffee. Best coffee I ever had in a shop. I recommend this place and oh yeah the prices were very affordable. 😊

From out of town for weekend, had a plastic covering clip come lose from an oil change, prior to leaving. So in reverse the plastic guard caught, dragged with noise, not good. Called Monday morning, they got me right in, great service, fair price.

If you have ever been to Fremont tire on Highway 75 north, you know they are busy. Why .... Great down to earth service you don't get very often. Pricing as reasonable as you will find anywhere. I had two low tires. I drove to an air machine and found out that one rear and one front tire were completely flat. The front tire was completely off the rim. I had it towed to Fremont. Long story short, they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Moved the two good tires to the rear and the new tires to the front. Awesome service.

Needed simple brake line replaced to rear . Set appointment date. Dropped off a day early even. Had to call an hour before close to hear they hadn't even pulled in or even inspected. Wasted time. For my 1st time being there, I've learned they make thier own schedule riddled with excuses.

This review is only the beginning of the complaint being filed against this business and/or owner. They put faulty parts on my car. One was a new tire that completely came off while driving. They put a used one on when my tires were still under warranty. They also put a new faulty alternator on that left me stranded that same day in freezing temperatures. The brand new belt snapped off while driving. Had to have it towed back to shop. When I told Mike the owner, he said in front of other customers, he said “I know you are looking for someone to blame, but it is not us” He showed me where it was faulty. He offered to put on a reman he said due to not having a new one. When I shared what I went through being stranded where I got frostbite, he said “we’re not doing anything for you” I was met with excuses and arrogance. They also knowingly used a faulty battery jump starter on my car and possibly others when they knew they were faulty, One of the mechanics came in with a burnt hand, i think his left hand, saying he had already told them about the faulty battery jump starters, I guess there were two that were faulty, that they continued to use on people’s cars, which can cause problems/damage. This is just a few of my experiences. They also have and/or had an individual and/or individuals who are not certified licensed mechanics who have done mechanical work on people’s cars amongst other details…so, what I have to say to Mike is, you are responsible for the parts you put on people’s cars. I have a right to be unhappy, especially when your shop put my safety at risk. It’s called duty of care.

Got an alignment done, thought it didn’t feel the best so I took it back in to get my alignment looked at AGAIN, they told me it was fine. I bought new tires for my car a few months later, new tires lasted 8,000 miles and was told they were already showing wire because my alignment had been off the entire time. Wasted hundreds of $ here for the alignment and wasted $ on new tires just to have it redone months later.

Was in town for half a day, called Fremont to see if I could drop my truck off for an oil change while I work, they said no problem. Dropped it off around 10:30 am, when to work, and barely had started working before I got a text saying my car was done. These guys are awesome, they even topped my tires off with air ! 10/10 would recommend

We are from St. Louis, MO area. Last week while traveling to Sioux Falls, SD, we were traveling north bound on I-29 just south of Sioux City, IA and our passenger side rear duals came off our 1 Ton dually while pulling our 36' fifth wheel travel trailer. To say that Jesus rode with us is an understatement. We were able to get both truck and trailer off the rode safely and contacted AAA who dispatched a tow truck. AAA left if up to us to find a repair shop. After contacting 7 repair shops around Sioux City, IA and being told it would be 5 days to 2 weeks before they could even look at our truck, Stockton Towing out of Sioux City arrived. Feeling frustrated with not finding a repair shop that could at least look at the truck for several days, I ask the tow truck driver if he could recommend a shop. He suggested Fremont Tire on hwy 75 in Sioux City. I called and the man said to bring it on in. Before the truck was even off the rollback, mechanics were accessing the damage and looking up parts. In less than 4 business days, our truck was repaired and we were back on the rode. I cannot express our gratitude to the mechanics and staff. We are seniors who love to travel. Fremont Tire ranks at the top of our list in integrity and quality workmanship. Thank you so very much.
