I wish I could give negative stars. My car conveniently had a brake line explode after getting a oil change here. No prior issues with it, no leaking, etc. They said they could fix it, and quoted a thousand dollars for the fix, then they said their equipment wasn't compatible. Very sus to me that it happened in the first place.

I don’t often write reviews, but I have to give this place the praise it deserves. Great service, friendly staff, and a clean comfortable waiting area. It was my first time there and I will definitely be a returning customer. My headlights were a foggy disaster and they gave my vehicle the spa day it needed, which included vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning. My vehicles service took a little longer than expected (which wasn’t that long) because of the work it took to get my headlights nice and clear, so they gave me $35 off my service. I don’t mind waiting a little longer for quality work.

Took my 2024 ram 2500 to get oil change they removed air filter they didn’t even install screws the rigth way they installed them sideways these could it fell off also for some reason my folding mirrors did a loud crack like they was pushed in instead of using the folding feature I. Truck

Was extremely surprised to find out they charge $5.99 to top off fluids when you're already paying close to $125 for the oil change. I went ahead and paid the $5.99 and then when I got in my car and drove away realized that they put no fluid in my windshield wiper fluid so I don't know what I was charged $599 for. Also the person in charge whether he was the manager or just the manager on duty was extremely rude to one of his associates that seem to be new and just trying to ask questions and find out what to do. Very disappointed in this visit as I've used jiffy lube all over the country. Not a great experience.

Do not ever go here. Took my 2019 F-150 to get an oil change. No problems at all. The next day oil was leaking everywhere. They didn’t even put the dip stick back on correctly. Cleared all codes from my truck to deny responsibility. Now have to pay 5,000 for a new oil pan and turbo. Absolute joke

I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop. In October 2025, I brought my vehicle here for a brake replacement, expecting a routine service. Unfortunately, by November 2025 the brakes on the right side had already failed, less than a month after the work was done. Because of the failure, I had to take the vehicle to another dealership to diagnose and repair the issue. The second shop had to replace the brakes again, which ended up costing me around $800 out of pocket to correct the problem. What was most disappointing was that when I contacted the original shop about the situation, there was no reimbursement or accountability for the faulty work. When a business performs safety-critical repairs like brakes, it should stand behind that work if something goes wrong shortly afterward. Brake work is a major safety issue, and based on my experience I would strongly recommend going somewhere else where the work is done properly and backed by the business.
