This summer, I had Rick look at my tires to see if I needed to change them. He thought I could get some more miles on the tires and then he’d call me in the fall when tires are priced with rebates. As promised, Rick did call me, and sold me a set of tires for our car and did all the other things that you need to do with tires. Every experience I’ve had with Rick and staff have been positive and helpful. I would highly recommend Alignment Specialist to anyone who needs their car serviced or tires replaced.

Make sure to get a 2nd opinion. They claimed work needed done when it didn't. To the tune of 2k. Complete con artist. Old guy at counter is rude and needs to retire. Be careful of this place.

We would recommend this shop for its friendly, understanding staff and high quality of work they perform. But the number one quality we love about Alignment Specialists is their honesty. They have given us bids much lower than other places for the same service and parts. They have even told us that we didn’t need service that other mechanics told us we needed. And Alignment Specialists were right-our car ran great without the “needed” service. We have been customers for 35 years and won’t go anywhere else.

After taking my car to another auto repair shop for close to a year to address issues with the brakes, I took my car to Alignment Specialists. Highly recommend! I stopped by for an oil change on one vehicle and really appreciated their honesty and timeliness. I was so impressed that I brought in a second vehicle for several issues. They ordered the necessary parts quickly, got the car back in right away, and completed everything in just one day! The team is very knowledgeable, friendly, and does excellent work. I have taken our vehicles to Allignment Specialists for a number of years now! They are full repair shop not just tires and alignments. They recently replaced my leaky water pump and my serpentine belt on my Chrysler 300. They are very good on zeroing in on the problem and repairing your vehicle quickly! Had an alignment issue the dealership couldn't figure out. Was recommended here by another mechanic. I called to set up an appointment; they got me in 5 minutes after the phone call. They corrected the issue no problem. They test the car on the road to ensure it was done properly too, which is appreciated. Straight forward guys. Absolutely no complaints!
