When you buy tires from someone should they make shur there the right tires I bought 2 tires 215 60 they put on 225 65 so when I bought it back to fix now they have just one tire and it not that good but didn't give me my money back so there con artist do not go there pay extra go somewhere where they stand behind there word they didn't even balance them not worth your money

It was half hour to close and they didnt schedule for monday like I expected, they had a guy ready to help me out and twenty minutes to get to the shop was longer than it took for the tire. Great guys, will only be going here in the future

They are cheap they are Dependable depending on when you go there I spent $80 on two tires I took him there for both of them to supposedly have holes on the side when I made sure the second one did not so the guy that was there stabbed my tires but if you go there when they're really old guy is there they're dependable

When I call them they say they have $25 tires for cars and $50 tires for truck and when I get down there they talking about $135 cuz they just have new tires ain't that false advertising

So leaving work today, I discovered I had a flat tire.. Bummer! I go to the gas station to fill my tire with air and go to Sam’s Club as fast as I can. They couldn’t fix my flat because my tire was too worn they stated. They filled my tire with air and sent me on my way recommending I buy a used tire until they had their sale. I called Fremont tire in South Sioux City to try to get new tires and they would not help me because they were unwilling to pay someone overtime as it was too close to closing time and recommended that I call the Sioux City location because they were open until 530 instead of 5. (Right now it’s 4:30).. I called the Sioux City location. They also turns me down. They said they also closed at five and they don’t know why I was told that they closed at 5:30. They recommended maybe Ben Fish For a used tire until I could get to them when they were open. I called Ben Fish.. they had the tire size that I needed, but when they found out that I needed one today, they said they couldn’t help me either because it was to close to closing time. I pleaded to see if they could help because I work a half hour from Sioux City and live a half hour from Sioux City so I figured I wouldn’t make it home with my tire hissing air if no one was able to help. They were unable to help. Told me to call Chicago tire.. I called Chicago tire… By this time I was crying, I didn’t know what I was gonna do.. He asked me my tire size. I told him I didn’t know because I was driving. I told him my situation and he said Don’t cry just come here I will help you. I drove straight there.. He came out right away and got me.. He looked at my car and went to see if he had the right tires.. He did! 15 minutes And $55 later, I drove away and Chicago tire save the day!!!!!!! Your new forever customer!!!! Thank you for saving my day and for caring about me!
