Jeep over heating they change THERMOSTAT, though iam thinking that I didn't need it DROVE OFF FROM DEALER JEEP STARTED OVET HEAT6AGAIN . WHEN I LEFT QUESTIONING ATTENDANT ABOUT ANTIFREEZE On inside of car wet she said it was from filling ANTIFREEZE.. When I got back to council bluffs called ERNIE. TOLD HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON ,BRING IT BACK ,2 HR DRIVE REALLY WENT TO MISSOURI VALLEY THEY SENT ME TO BLAIR WOODHOUSE 365 IN SIOUX CITY WOODHOUSE NOW $455 IN BLAIR WOODHOUSE FOR LOWER RADIATOR HOSE . DEALERS DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS...

The service here is amazing. Very attentive to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the work. I had one minor issue following the service I had done and I called and it was resolved immediately, far above the standard I expected. I bring all of my vehicles here now.

Never again will I be doing a tire rotation for my car at this place!! I The lug nuts were not correctly put on and by the time I got home, they were about to come off. I got so lucky my tires didn’t fall off in the middle of the road! My service advisor was Zac Adams, and my technician was Takoda Wilson. For the safety of you and your family, you should heed my warning.

I want to love this place… I really do. If you need an oil change- great, always in and out. But tire repairs? Ehhhh, not so much. One time, they told me they didn’t have any permission slips left to take the tire off to fix the leak in the middle of the tire… Another time they just ignored it. The last time? The last time was the best of them all! I was told the nail wasn’t in the side wall, but too close for comfort. But! Here’s a list of tires that’ll set you back at minimum $1,100! Take it elsewhere to fix the tire… again, right smack in the middle of it. Also, everything single time except once they’ve told me my brakes were gone, nothing left, need immediate replacement. Take literally anywhere else for a second opinion- whatcha know? No issues. But I guess, that probably required the same permission slip to be accurate😂 So, if you need only an oil change only? Great! Anything else? Ehhh….

Had my truck in for boost code 2099. Said it was the air filter. Said ok change it to the correct one. All good. After that my rear fuel filter in my 2021 6.7 ram Cummins starts leaking. They say they only touch the air filter but the rear filter drain tube was fully open and the filter was loose. I change my fuel and oil filters which was done 3 months before this appointment with no leaks. Buddy txt me a few days after service after I had been at his house as he notified me there was a spot on his driveway from what look like a vehicle leak. Well ands up being the rear fuel filter. Woodhouse said they didn’t touch anything but the guy randomly said make sure you’re changing you filters. Had a few free oil changes and done my own since. Kinda funny that they’ve never mentioned anything about changing my filters til I didn’t have them do it. Didn’t leak a drop til 3 months later after they had it for the 2099 code. I’ve been in the waiting room unfortunately enough times to see when they say to other people we checked your filters and we can change them. Air oil gas etc filters. I have pics at text about the fuel leak and the best part is my buddy who helped me change these filters 3 months ago who’s house I’m at a few days every week hadn’t said anything about a leak til ram had my truck. Woodhouse said they fixed the problem out of courtesy. Im out of two tanks of diesel cause I don’t drive the truck every day and didn’t realize the problem until 2 wks later. Not my first problem with Sioux City woodhouse. Had a 2016 ram Cummins before this truck that I had modified and the parts guy charged a hidden fee even after I was paying for parts and labor. I still have one more free oil change for my truck from woodhouse but don’t trust them enough to use it. Also had my tires rotated which I took off a valve stem to make sure they actually rotated the tires. Front left. Same tire was still missing its valve stem after the so called tire rotation. Good guys in the service department for the most part but still bullshit communication and service
