Not a happy camper. The one on gordon drive was the problem. I ordered parts that wasn't gonna ne in til Monday. Guess that they were in Friday and I got no calls to let me know too. Also they sold the parts to someone else. What in the world is their problem?? They were rude about it too. Never had a problem at Hamilton. Make them look bad.

Cordell was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. He went up above and beyond to help with my windshield wiper blades. He even installed them on my car in the cold. Mind you my car is a pain to install windshield wiper blades and had went to multiple places and was left unhelped. Cordell I highly recommend when going to AutoZone to help you!

Steve (manager) and Edward helped this broke college student with a quick coil and spark plug change. I don’t have any tools or much knowledge and am on a tight budget. If you have an unfortunate car situation as we had near Sioux City, Iowa-klunk your way to 3505 Gordon Dr, Sioux City, IA because Cody and the gang will absolutely take care of you. Drive a Honda and have parts in ridiculous areas of the vehicle that need to be remedied?! No sweat. These guys will literally give you all the tools AND a folding chair so you can reach the areas that need repair. Helpful, kind, courteous AND play 90’s rock-if you’re gonna break down do it near there. Thanks Cody and team!

Raven had no clue what she was doing. She didn’t know how to hook up jumper cables to check out car battery. She then proceeded to sell us the complete wrong battery, and had no clue how to even install. They then proceeded to say they didn’t install. When to Napa Auto Parts to ask if they could help us install and they told us that Autozone does in fact install.

Had a pulley nut giving me problems changing my alternator. They busted it right off with an electric impact, and got me rolling again quick. I came in to get a bulb for my headlight and some sensors, and the gentleman was very helpful and very understanding he went and got and explained to me that it was cheaper to do it this way then to try to buy them individually then when he was helping me check out, we had trouble with my card, but it was very patientuntil we got the situation. Worked out. I will keep going back to AutoZone for all my car parts and recommended to my son and daughters for all of their repairs and car parts

One of our drivers was taking a bus from tulsa to Winnipeg and had mechanical issues in the freezing winter weather, called autozone looking for a product, Miguel from Autozone not only helped our driver find the product over the phone but personally drove out to her to help her with the issue. Miguel went ABOVE AND BEYOND what we could have ever expected, took sooo much stress and worry off our driver! Like WOW amazing service!!
