Hands down, the best service I have ever had with my vehicles. Walked in with a potential major problem with my car. Not only did they save me hundreds of dollars from mis-information through another business, they got me in ASAP, and car was done less than a hour. A friend mentioned them once to me as I drove by. Figured I stop by to talk. Best decision I made. I am not the one to do reviews good or bad, but this deserves recognition. Thank you guys for outstanding business. You gained a customer for life.

My son and his friend were traveling from Omaha to Sioux Falls when their AC quit working. After a few phone calls to area auto mechanics, Certified Repair agreed to take a look at the car. After a diagnosis with a 2 hour repair at a reasonable price, they were on their way. Great service on a short notice!

I bought my first car from Stu awhile back and let me tell you that it was one of the best cars for the price, it runs amazing! As for customer service and the work he and his mechanics do, it is top of the line. He and he crew always do an amazing job for the price. Not to mention Stu is trustworthy with what he does. Stu tells it like it is and will not try and sell you something you do not need. Stu and his crew at Certified Auto Repair will always get the job done and do fantastic work.

Parts issue caused delay, job will be completed when I get back to town. Probably would have been better if a review was done at the start to make sure the parts were there or ordered before starting. Team leaders were nice and seemed to be trying for me.

I could not believe how fast they got the work done on my car! From the first moment calling and asking for a quote, the ladies were so sweet and patient with me explaining what was going on. Absolutely unreasonable, went last week to get an estimate. No problem, said I would be in today,was good with amount. Came in today, was told not sure when they would get to it and had to diagnose it first, tried to explain that there was nothing to diagnose, simple strut replacement. Would not even think about it nor a time or even a phone call to tell me when to come in. Totally different experience I had last week.

My son took his pickup in to get some exhaust bolts replaced on. A Friday fans when he dropped it off he had told them that he had sad one thing very inportant that he has to attend this weekend! It’s now 8:50 pm monotone call no text or emails and my son had to miss his event tomorrow because no communication from certified auto at all . Very disappointed consumer

It amazes me this place sits at 4.4 stars for review. I had work done to my vehicle a few years back. Spent over $2000 in different repairs. This place messed my 4x4 up so bad I ended up trading the thing. Nothing but problems after leaving this shop. I was going to be nice and not say a word...but I figured I'd let people know how sucky and untrustworthy this shop is. Couldn't even screw the oil bolt on correctly. Came back 2 different times with the same issue before I disputed my credit card over this nonsense. Lady at the front desk was rude & told me there would be a diagnostic fee anywhere from $40-100. After paying them $2000 the weeks before. My vehicle had quadra lift installed and they shot the air bags in the thing. I was a new mom during this time and was very frustrated not having my vehicle when I needed it the most. On top of the repair fee it cost/getting it towed down there. I would trust my 2 year old better honestly. Save your money and find a different shop...don't even waste the air you breathe taking your car here.

I contacted Certified after another shop had the truck for over a week without touching it. Certified was very professional on the phone and in person. Truck was towed there on a Tuesday. I got a call that same day with diagnosis and price and truck was done on Thursday. Transmission is warrantied and SO far So good!

They are top notch. I went to them for leaking transmission fluid. The technician did a thorough inspection of my suv. They called me with the issues found and together we decided what was more important to fix. After all the work was done, I discovered the radio system was not working. This caused the park assist to malfunction and no alarm signals. The radio had shorted out. They replaced it; and retrieved the cd and dvd from the old one. It took about 3 weeks to get it done due to unforeseen occurrences, but I am happy with the outcome. Thank you for the hard work, consistency, and professionalism.

November, starter goes out on my car. March, starter goes out on same car. The good, got the starter warrantied. The bad, got charger over &1100 dollars for the new starter and install. More good. Got the new starter installed for $200.00! More bad, the starter was installed by a clown! Loose wires loose connections, conductive heat shield not secured. Cause alternator and battery to be fried along with the starter. I know, buyer beware! I was out of town, didn’t have a lot of choices If you find yourself in this boat, don’t let your tow truck driver, recommend them, and if you do before you pay and drive away, have them show you what they did, even if it means they have to put your car back on the lift! They can’t be trusted.

Took my car here for a coolant leak issue. I was quoted $1700 plus the possibility of needing a new engine since my car overheated which would have been 7k. I waited two days for them to tell me this. I declined repairs (charged me $60) and took it to Dam Auto (where I bought my car). Also need to mention that my battery was dead shortly after driving it off their lot so I had to pay a tow to take it to Dam (battery was not dead when I dropped the car off). Dam fixed the issue for less than $300 (I did not have to pay for labor at Dam since I bought my car there). Only reason I took it here in the first place was because they could get me in sooner than Dam and I need my car for work. This place seems to over diagnose to charge more as I've taken a different car here a few years back and was quoted 6k to fix it. Now I'm wondering if my old car actually had all of the issues this place told me. I won't be coming back here! The employees were nice enough, but I've never had good luck taking a car here.

My SHE BST (she-beast) is beasting again!! Discovered transmission issues and immediately called certified auto to get it brought in. Turns out a rodent had chewed through some wiring on the transmission. Was charged very reasonably- a lot less than I'd expected to be charged. And was advised that i will need a new transmission in the future. She's running beautifully and i will bring her in for a new transmission within the next year. Thank you guys so much!!
