On a Sunday, leaving for vacation and ended up with a screw in my tire!! I was panicked then called Square Tire for a repair and was able to leave my truck there for repairs. Two hours later my tire was repaired and I could leave. I appreciate the timely repair, the courteous, professional care and actual kindness and understanding I received.

went in for headlights charged me 331 dollars to change the bulbs picked up the vehicle wouldn’t start had to jump it. Turned on the whole electric system was bringing up codes no power steering low battery voltage no trac control. Asked the guy what they did he denied it was them when the car was fine was told it’s just the cold. Did not offer to fix the problem said i could leave it there for tomorrow. Don’t go here waste of money and inexperienced mechanics. Bad customer service.

I've been going to Square Tire for years from my old Chevy pickup, Honda Civic, Mercedes, Volvo and probably a couple of other cars in there. Always the same team at the front desk. They know their customers and the vehicles they drive. Always been more than fair with me. In fact, they go out of their way to be helpful. It is great to see above and beyond service from a local company. They will always have my business.

I cannot talk highly enough about this place. I'm completely dumb about cars. And every employee I've ever interacted with has taken the time to make sure I understand. Laying out all options and pricing. They always do the right thing by me. I wouldn't even remember a warranty on a part, but they do. And take care of it if it is under warranty.

Love this place. Highly recommend. Great price. The mechanics look very professional in work shirts. Not your usual dirty overhauls. Complementary ride to & from work, Thank you again for that! Also met the owner GREAT guy not your usual CEO.

Came in needing a battery replacement on a fleet vehicle and they were able to get it in, approved, and replaced. Thank you!

This place has always had below average customer service, but first come first serve repairs kept me coming back. Unfortunately it isn't worth it when they can't stand behind their service. I took my vehicle there to replace the manifold gasket, then they call and say that there is a misfire in cylinder 2 and that they "diagnosed" it to need new plugs, core, etc. So I agree to spend the additional money for the repairs. My bill exceeded $1,000 when what I originally took it in for was around $300. Well that didn't fix the problem and now they say I have to replace the cylinder head. I asked why their diagnosis missed this and made me spend hundreds on something unnecessary. The response was "that's what usually fixes it." Why the hell are they charging people to "diagnose" problems when all they are doing is just guessing? Then they basically told me to take it to someone else. IF you have ANY options take your vehicle somewhere else. I have given them the benefit of the doubt several times, but the pattern in undeniable, all they do is fleece their clients. It isn't worth it at all!

Been a customer for about 15 years. Always receive great service, done well, and at very competitive prices. We often go over 200K on our cars. They last because of the care they get at Square Tire!

Amazing service. These guys really helped me out if a bind at a reasonable price on short notice. Will go here again. Update. The helped me out a second time. Changed valve core in 30 seconds without charging me. Saved me a bunch of time and headache and made it easy. Will be back.

They have always treated me fairly. I went to them for an oil changed. I was very impressed with the price and the service was top notch. I bought 4 tires for my truck. I had a problem where a piece of the aftermarket air intake on my truck broke off and jammed my throttle. I thought my truck was completely broken because of all the dash lights. They fished out the piece of plastic and only charged me 30 bucks for the service. Go to this place. They are awesome!

Have bought 3 sets of tires with free tire rotation at this location. Gone back multiple time to get a tire rotation been told every time 4 to 5 hour wait to get one. Never got a rotation with any set i bought. Done with this company. If I could rate it lower than 1 I would.

I'm really happy they were open, and able to work on my truck. I was up from Omaha and noticed strange noises coming from the front end. The lugs were snapping off the wheel. The Big Brand store across the street (who I will no longer go to) said they couldn't do anything, and I was down to 2 lugs holding the wheel on. The SquareTire team got me in at 2pm on the Saturday before Easter. Figuring they would ned to order parts and do the work, I was planning on staying in Sioux City until Monday, but they got right on it and got me on my way home before closing. I wish I lived in Sioux City so I could take my vehicle to them all the time.

This is an extremely busy place! Needed an oil change , and with limited service stations anymore they were booked. But they gave me a time it would be before they would have it done. So I suggest having a ride so you can drop off and pick up later. They did call me to let me know with synthetic fuel and taking 8 quarts what the price would be before they did the work. They were professional and courteous. They do a great job, work on Saturdays and Sundays as well. Hard working crew!

July 7 2024 Sunday. Traveling through Norfolk pulling 5th wheel camper with boat behind. Had blown a camper tire and put the spare on and needed a new spare. This shop got us right in, had the right size tire, mounted and balanced and back on the road in 30 minutes. Outstanding service and grateful to this shop for helping us when we really needed it. Thank you Square Tire!

Stay away not honest at all. I have been doing work on my own cars since I was 17 everything even motor swaps. The only thing I don’t have yet, is alignment equipment. I changed all tie rods inner and outer, all ball joints and struts, took it to square tire and was they could not align, due to a bad install on one of the tie rods and would beed to be replaced. I picked up my truck took the vehicle to alignment specialist and they did not even mention the tie rods. Square tire is a huge scam!!!

Our van was done within 20 minutes. But of course it takes about 5 minutes to give information. Overall it was very pleased with the time. 💯👍

Jim was solid. He did not complicate anything. When something needed an answer, he provided it quickly and clearly, and it stayed consistent the whole way through.

I want to personally thank Adam from Square Tire for taking care of my Mom's Elantra and his service over the years! Same goes to any staff here as well, all have been very pleasant. 10 years ago when I moved here I needed a mechanic and a buddy recommended Square Tire to me. Over the last decade I have not trusted any other mechanic with my Ram or my Mom's Elantra. Excellent Service, great price, and never once had an issue with anything. From tires, brakes, leakage issues, skid plates, all have been taken care of perfectly every single time. Best in town, would recommend to anyone looking to be serviced!

Admittedly, it’s on me for thinking a tire shop could be honest and treat women like equals. Boy was I wrong! Again, this is on me for thinking of them. I called last Monday to price tires, I told them the exact ones I wanted, they said they didn’t carry them but offered me an alternative, said they are the comparable to the ones I requested. Now, I made sure to put in a time and date to be up there and ensure they’d be open and have the tires. The tires I was quoted for are not the ones I was quoted for. The tires I requested were an SUV/truck tire. These are bottom of the line, only enough tread to last 6 months, and aren’t even the model I was quoted for. Now, let’s start with how this place operates. The manager that was working this Sunday, he clearly hates his job and every single customer that walks in that door. I was there for almost 3 hours, so I had more than ample time to observe if it was just that he hates women, or what. He was very nice to all the men that walked in. One teenage girl he made cry for asking questions. Two other women that came in for an oil change, he was obnoxious and made sure to tell them at 2:30, they close at 5 so they better have the means to pay before 5 otherwise they were not getting their car. 5 phone calls, this is exactly how he spoke to them as well. Another woman came in for a tire patch, he was whispering at her, but she was clearly frustrated because she got snarky. I walked up and wait patients, after listening to him berate people on the phone two hours before closing, as he’s calling and yelling at them to come get their stuff, after awhile I asked politely if I could just go ahead and pay, even state since I’ve been hearing him on the phone, I don’t want to be a burden. But, ya know, for a man that’s so confident that he’s the smartest man in the room at 5’6”, you’d think he’d at least be halfway nice. No, it should have been clear when I handed him the paper with the tires I was quoted for, what I wanted and the sizes. This man actually went out and checked that all four were the same brand and size… Keep in mind, by the end, it’s well established this is the first time I’ve been in the store. Manager man barks, “have you ever seen these yellow cards?” Before I can respond he starts barking at me how I HAVE to come back to get my tired torqued there. As a joke, I state I won’t be make a special trip back for that’s. He wasn’t nice. This is not a women friendly establishment, don’t go here.
