This place does great work. Please don't confuse this business with All American MOBILE Detailing. He is a brick and mortor detailing business. He has put ceramic coatings on both my cars and they look amazing.

I scheduled an interior detail and the person that was supposed to come do it never showed up, and I never received a call or anything telling me so. I had to call them and ask what happened - come to find out he had a family emergency pop up and was not going to work for an indefinite amount of time. On top of that, I requested a refund and was told I would have the refund in 7-10 business days, I am writing this on the 11th business day and have still not gotten a refund. Long wait times on the phone with customer service as well. I would not recommend using this place.

Were there a couple missed spots in my interior? Sure. Was it nearly impossible to contact this place by phone? Definitely. Still getting four stars. Why? Because for only 100 dollars, my UNBELIEVABLY messy car looks almost brand new. This is the only place that charges a flat rate for interior detailing, and I know that with the state my car was in, another place would have charged me 200, easy. They even got out a big stain that I was convinced would be there forever. So yeah, could definitely improve on reachability and professionalism, but hey it’s a 100 dollar detail and it’s supporting local businesses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I scheduled a detail for two cars and paid upfront. The detailer never showed up nor did the company contact me. After reaching out to the company all day I was able to get a hold of someone and reschedule. The same thing happened the second time - no word from the detailer. I was told I would be given a refund and over a month later I am not able to get a hold of anyone in customer service and have not received my refund.

All American Detail was recommended to me by a friend. They did an EXCELLENT job. Scott was kind, courteous and flexible with my schedule. The price was more than reasonable. I have already recommended to all of my friends and I will definitely be a returning customer. If I could add extra stars to the rating, I would.

Canceled 3 weeks in a roll. I had to call to see if they would show up. Yes, offered a discount after the first no show. Same on the second. Gave them 1 more time. That was canceled as well. Terrible hold times. Just trying to see if they would show up. Very unprofessional.

They always get my ride looking newer than new! I've been coming here since my last detailer went out of business and honestly they do a superior job! There's no better feeling than cruising around feeling sparkling clean and fancy fresh after I get it detailed here. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

I had an appointment for today at 4. No one has shown up or bothered to call me. I have called and left messages multiple times and keep getting transferred to customer service. Have been on hold with them for well over an hour. I will be going to my credit card company to block this transaction because this place is a complete waste of money and an absolute scam. I’d give it less than one star if that were an option.

I pre paid 500.00 + and was told they would clean the coach and vacuum underneath. One guy showed up, unprepared with little to no cleaning supplies or equipment. He didn’t vacuum underneath.He was unprofessional and did a poor job. They were supposed to refund some of our money as We took photos. Called several times but never heard back. Don’t use them if you want it done right. Disappointing

Scott did an amazing job removing over spray contamination from our vehicle. The price was reasonable (I had other estimates). The best part was the convenience of the location for us! The communication was great - frequent updates about the job and time required. I hope to take my car back under better circumstances for a great detail job.

I paid for a fill detail job for my car. They scheduled the date then called me the day before to let me know their was a schedule issue and they would get back to me on the times they had. No consideration to what I wanted. After no call back to reschedule I called and asked for a refund. This is 10 days later and they say they have no record of me wanting a refund. So basically wait another 10 days. This company is not working in a honest way or even trying to be good people. I strongly suggest anyone looking at this company find another that will be honest and or refund your money when they are unable to do their part. Also they are located in Florida so thay makes it that much more inconvenient to battle with them.

FANTASTIC. They literally worked magic on my vehicle. I don't even think it was that clean when I bought it. I have owned my car for 8 years and I am a caterer, have 2 large dogs, and own horses. So between spilled food, dog hair, and a steady stream of dirt and hay, my car was a DISASTER. I didn't have high hopes for it's ability to be cleaned, but it was immaculate when I picked it up. Very reasonably priced as well.

If I could leave a zero I would. I scheduled a interior detail on the 15th to be done today on the 21st of March not sorry. They agreed at that time to be here at 8:30 wanted water and power. I had everything ready for them. And no one showed at 15 minutes after 9 I called to complain. And the lady told me that they had an hour window which I was not made aware of. I continued to tell her that I had other appointments today and that I wanted to go ahead and get a refund after repeating several times please refund my money. She hung up on me. Then I called back and got a man toting the situation and he said well.Perhaps they canceled when you called in it quarter after 9 I said that's not the point that we're supposed to be here at 8:30.He again said that he was not able to give me a refuse Then I called back and got a man toting the situation and he said well. He said that the person who could give me a refund was not at their desk and they would call me back by end of day. These companies are shysters. Be careful, do not deal with them. Their word means nothing. I have found a dispute with my credit card company.. I will be waiting to see what the outcome is. It is a beautiful sunny day in Kentucky and no reason why they couldn't do the detail. I even offered them my heated garage. And furthermore, no one even offered to call and let me know that they weren't gonna be here on time. I so hope that someone learns from my situation and does not use this company.
