This is my 2nd time to use this auto shop. The first time was to change out my transmission on my Jeep Liberty and they did an awesome job. This time, the locking mechanism on my driver side door messed up and they fixed it too. (Dropped off the vehicle around 1 o’clock and they called me around 4 o’clock saying it is ready for pickup.) This is the best auto shop in the whole State of Washington. Mr. Chan and his crew are simply second to none! Thank you All Auto Repair!!

I needed to install fog lights to my car. I went to couple different place and asked how much is the cost to install. I already had parts so I just needed to install it. Another place told me it will cost $250-$300 but All auto repair changed only $150. They did very good job and they are nice. I will go back next time when my car have any problems.

The guys at All Auto Repair are awesome! Other places always try to tell me there is more work to be done with my vehicle then is actually needed, but All Auto Repair has always been honest and let me know when certain things need to be done now and when I can hold off on others. They always use good quality parts but never charge me and arm and a leg like other places. I recently called around for my moms car to get breaks done, and all places were going to charge around close to double what the guys at All Auto Repair were going to charge (I asked for new breaks and rotors). They are about Honest & Quality work and taking care of their customers, not about making money off you like other places. I also appreciate that they always pick up or return my calls timely. I have never had a better experience with an auto repair place!

5 star customer service experience for sure. The man who helped me (the owner? I'm not sure) was finished hours early, answered questions, communicated clearly, was easily reachable, and very friendly. The price was fair and he even fixed a rock plate that needed a bolt just for good service. What else could you want from a mechanic? 😊 I would 100% recommend and never usually stop to review places but I felt this place and this guy deserved to be recognized. Thanks again. Next fix I need I'll be sure to return here

I HIGHLY recommend this auto shop!! I had issues with my engine light but was not aware that there were other issues on top of it. Whenever i would put gas in my car, the car would have a hard time starting up. It would take me a couple of failed attempts before it’ll start. Chan did an amazing job on giving me an affordable price and even fixed a part that needed maintenance free of charge. It has been over 2 months since i got my car back and i have not had any problems with the engine light coming on or getting gas. Thank you so much Chan! You have truly saved my sanity with this car.
