I brought my 2015 chevy cruze in here for a coolant leak and brake issues. They diagnosed both the same day we brought it in and it was fixed the next day! I asked for regular updates as we had limited funds. They did a great job at keeping me up to date and informed and even managed to work with me on the price a little when I offered to pick up a new part! Very happy with our services here!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have had my 2009 Jeep Wrangler serviced here several times over the years as it is only a mile from my home. I have experienced nothing but great same day service and honest diagnosing. Most of the time, I already know what the issue(s) my vehicle has and their diagnoses are always accurate to reporting just that. I would do the work myself but do not have a vehicle lift and/or the required tools to perform such repairs. I find the staff to be incredibly professional, easy to talk too and genuinely supportive. Dean is amazing! I will continue to bring my vehicle to this shop for as long as I continue to live near this current city!

Short version: they take your money, do poor quality work and then refuse to honor the warranty. I took my son's car there last week. The water pump had gone out. In his car this was a fairly complicated job that required a lot of labor to get to. I paid in full for Bucky's in Federal Way to replace the water pump. When we picked up the car it made a horrible metal on metal grinding noise. They tried to get me to replace the timing chain as well for another large sum of money but also admitted to me that the timing chain was working just fine and not part of the water pump. The water pump had its own seperate chain. They were perfectly happy to take the money and complete the job with warranty. Less than a week later the water pump failed again. They looked at the car and said they wouldn't stand by their warranty and fix the water pump unless I paid an additional 9 hours of labor and replaced the timing chain. I declined to pay extra and asked them to fix the water pump only as that was the issue, confirmed by their own shop. They then told me to come pick up my car and stopped responding to me at all. They completely refused to honor the warranty or do any work at all unless I paid again. Keep in mind their repair lasted less than 1 week. Now they refuse to talk to me at all. Buyer be aware, if the repair for your car goes well, then your likely fine, but If there are any issues at all they won't honor their warranty. Even now they admitted the timing chain is working as the car is fully drivable until it over heats.
