October 2023: My daughter recently moved to Miami. She was told specific repairs needed to be done to her car. Not knowing any auto garages or good mechanics, especially being 1,000 miles away from home, my husband searched online for “Best Auto BMW Repair Shops in Miami.” All Import Tech populated. I read the reviews…#5 ratings!!! I called and spoke to the owner Julio. Julio indicated he would do a free, honest diagnostic inspection of my daughter’s vehicle. Upon my recent visit from Pennsylvania to see my daughter in Miami in October 2023, I took her car to All Import Tech. Julio diagnosed the items of concern and quoted her a price. Julio indicated what items did/did not need repaired. Two days later, Julio repaired her car. I cannot stress enough to all reading this review that not only did Julio repair her vehicle at a reasonable price, more importantly he placed a feeling of reassurance within me of his honesty, fairness, professionalism, and great customer service. Step-by-step Julio showed me the bad parts of the vehicle so I understood why he was making the repairs. He treated my daughter’s vehicle as if it were his own daughter’s. As a parent wanting what’s best for their child, Julio gave me that confidence needed for a lifetime relationship for my daughter to work with All Import Tech. Julio is probably the most honest mechanic in Miami. Prices are fair, and the work is exceptional. Don’t let the name “import” in the name fool you, he fixed my 20 year old Mustang that hadn’t ran in 2 years and got it running like new. Thanks Julio . You guys earned yourself a lifelong customer!

This is a great shop. I always go to the dealer, but I got a repair estimate from them that included replacing a part that my normal maintenance shop had assured me was still good. I wanted a second opinion, and All Import Tech (which worked on my domestic car) agreed it wasn’t necessary. They billed me for less than half the hours the dealer had estimated to do the repair. I will definitely go back for my next repair

ONLY SHOP I BRING MY CARS TOO. Julio is a great guy and always has the best prices. He put a clutch in my Audi S5 with a very quick turn around and will be rebuilding the front end on my Duramax next week. Only place in Miami I take my vehicles too with full confidence. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

I had an exceptional experience with All Import Tech when I brought in my 2015 BMW X6 last year. Up until that point, I had only taken my car to the BMW dealer for service. However, when the turbo started failing, I was quoted an astronomical price for the repair. Thankfully, some coworkers highly recommended All Import Tech, and I decided to give them a try. Wow, absolutely amazing service! My car had been making a weird sound, and I had another mechanic check it out, but unfortunately, he was unable to help me. I called All Import this morning to make an appointment, and Julio answered the phone. He let me know that they don’t schedule appointments, as they usually operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Right after that, he asked me to explain what was going on with my car so he could offer his advice. I described the problem as best as I could (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars), and he shared what he thought the issue might be. He then asked me to bring the car in so he could take it for a test drive and provide a proper diagnosis. I drove over right away and got there within 15–20 minutes of the call. Julio took my car for a test drive, and it turned out he was right about his initial diagnosis over the phone. He gave me a quote for the work, and less than three hours later, my car was completely fixed! It was all so seamless. Thank you so much for the great service!!! 10/10 recommend!

I can't recommend Julio and his crew enough. I bring my partner and I's vehicles exclusively to All Import Tech. Their crew puts so much care and extra effort into their work and will give you honest, reasonable pricing compared to every other shop in Miami. Julio is a gentleman!! Not only is he an expert in his craft, he is also very helpful in advise pertaining to complex codes coming up on my Maserati. I always take my Jeep to him but now I also take the Granturismo since he is much cheaper and imo more honest than the Ferrari dealership. HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, QUICK, TRUSTWORTHY & FAIRLY PRICED - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Since the moment I called, the team was so polite to me and helped me within 24 hrs, ordered the part and from the moment i dropped my car off it was ready in 5 hours, before which I was contacting BMW and various auto shops for WEEKS. I had an issue with my diesel BMW that the dealership quoted as $6K, the All Import Tech team fixed it for under $1k and didn’t do unnecessary overcharged work. My issue was a broken charge pipe, excess carbon build up in the engine and issue with the intake manifold and EGR cooler. Great team and know you’re in good hands!

I had a rough shudder that would occur in my 2021 Chevy Silverado when I driving between 24-40 miles per hour. The Chevy dealership had estimated a transmission change to fix the problem. After seeing all the great reviews and actually having AI recommend All import I brought the trick to them and they fix the problem with a simple transmission fluid exchange. I had also brought a list of maintenance items to do and Julio the owner personally spoke to me they went through my list and only did what I actually needed. Julio is a very honest person I highly recommend them and will be sending several of my fleet trucks to him to address the same issue. Lastly their prices are extremely reasonable.
