When you read a 5 star review, you always wonder is it too perfect, or is it someone who is related to the owners, etc. I wanted to start my review to help you understand this is truly a genuine, “arms-length” review. This auto repair business is run by a very honest and sincere family who looks to do the best for their customers and treat them fairly. I had an auxiliary battery that failed and they replaced it for me at a reasonable cost. When it failed again years later they checked and the battery was under warranty still. So they replaced it free of charge. When was the last time you went to an auto repair service and they did work with no charge? I will recommend these folks over and over to anyone who asks. It’s very hard to find trustworthy folks in this business and I’ve been coming for a long time.

I can't recommend Marti Auto Service in Doral enough! After struggling to find a solution for my brakes at several other shops, I finally took my vehicle to Yamil at Marti Auto Service. If I could leave a zero star review I would. good reviews that I bet are from family and friends. They made me come back three times in three different days even though i had an appointment because they were full. Please just be honest with your client if you're a small business and can't attend the demand! Pathetic customer service

Hello all, The experience I received from Yamil of the Marti Auto Service Doral location was the best. I drive a 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300 sedan. My car has had for a while a growingly louder squeak in my drivers side front wheel, and I had to find a mechanic to repair this as now my vehicle was out of warranty. Originally I had asked my service team member I use at the Mercedes dealership if they recommended another mechanic outside of the dealer. So I took the advice and went to the recommended mechanic. When I arrived the owner of the garage and lead mechanic did a look over my car, and he starts guessing the issue confidently quoting me well over $3,000 for a noise, stating that he would have to replace my suspension on both sides of my car in order to repair this issue. Needless to say before the cost was given to me, I had an instinct that even though this is his specialty... I felt that he was inaccurately diagnosing the issue as well as trying to bill me extremely high for a guess and not an accurate diagnosis. So I then found Marti's Auto Service where I met Yamil who after testing my car for a couple of days stated to me that this was a hidden sound that will in time reveal itself better if I can wait until then and bring it back, he would be able to properly find it. I knew in my instinct that he was a gentleman of his word and so I did just that. When I received the diagnosis and bill for my car's repair, it was a totally different part as I had originally suspected and Yamil had the repair done in 3 days correctly and I paid just over $800 for the work that only truly needed to be done. This is a great shop and an honest one as well. I highly recommend Yamil and his team for a fantastic mechanic to your vehicles. He has definitely made a customer out of myself. -Lord Bryce A. I discovered this hidden GEM about 2 years ago. Yamil does and amazing job. He is quick, honest, and extremely experienced. Marti Auto Service has saved me a couple of times. For some reason i went to a place my company uses to get an oil change. They ended up stripping my oil drain plug and then went on to tell me they can no longer help me out . I took my car to Yamil at Marti Auto Service and he had me up and going in no time with out , breaking my pocket . Now Marti is responsible for all services on my companies vehicles as well as mine . There is no better combination than service and experience. And that is exactly what you get with Marti Auto Service .

Finding a competent and honest Mechanic is no easy task; which is why this shop is a Diamond in the rough. I came in on a time constraint due to to my check engine light coming on. The owner and his team took time to asses my vehicle, and provide honest solutions. When assessing my vehicle they brought me over and identified for me the problem that caused the check engine light to come on and other concerns they had and were honest as to how urgent it was for me to address. The team they have at this shop cares about their customers, and will work with you as long as it's within reason. WARNING: They will not give you your car back until they 100% know that the issue you brought it for is fixed. I heavily recommend this Shop and will I personally will be coming back again.

Finding a new shop is always troublesome as you probably think you’ll be ripped off or someone will mess up with your car with sketchy services. (Like dealerships as Braman) Marti was close to my place, had good reviews online, had some previous references as having experience with bmw/mini and it seemed the best option. Did a walk-in right at 8am. Susana was really friendly and attentive. Promptly helped me out and gave me an estimate for an Oil Change and a tire rotation. Prices were surprisingly normal. Left the car for the services. A few hours later the car was ready. They performed the expected services plus an inspection on the car. Oil has been changed, tires rotated and inflated to specs, and another good surprise - nothing messed up or telling me that I had to do a lot of things on the car (which I really don’t) . The only suggestion was to pay attention to my tires as their thread is getting bad. Had a great attention on the pickup that seemed to be the owner (sorry didn’t get your name), car delivered, recommendations and a warm welcome to the shop as a first timer, and they also sent me an estimate of if I ever choose to get new shoes for the car Happy to know there’s a place I’ll rely on upcoming maintenances.

I had a great experience in Marti auto service. I had problem with my steering wheel it got stiffed when I first turn on my car. I had changed the fluid and it kept giving me issues.
