Larry knows what he’s doing! All Karz is a great local establishment worth every penny, every time. Larry is friendly, realistic, straightforward, and honest. He handled extensive auto work on my older (2003) Mustang. It came in to the shop with little reason to believe a lot could be going wrong at once, but with all cars sometimes it’s more than meets the eye once you get it up on the lift. Larry’s skillful diagnostic work was quick to pinpoint a number of things to focus on still leaving it up to me, the customer, to make some choices about what to prioritize and what could wait. Ultimately I went for the “fix it all” response and so happy I did. The Stang is purring like a kitten again and ready to ride out its days even just around here in foggy Pacifica. I’d trust all of my cars with Larry and All Karz Automotive with any issues big or small as he’s beyond fair with his pricing and his years of experience shine through along with the care he takes on each car he has in his shop with a feeling like you really are family. Hard to come by that sincere feeling of care with service these days so count yourself lucky if you have to bring your car in for just an oil change or something more extensive, All Karz is the place to do it!

Someone tried to steal my catalytic converter so I needed the exhaust pipe welded up. All Karz was recommended to me because I was looking for someone local. He looked at the job, gave me the time it would take him to fix it and had it back that same day. This happened again, so I knew where to take it to have it fixed again and Larry was professional and his fees were fair, plus a very personalble person. I would recommend All Karz to anyone who needs a good, knowledgable, honest mechanic.

I came in after reading great reviews, as I needed a mechanic to install a new exhaust that I already had ordered, and the job proved too difficult for me to do on my own. Larry handled the job within two hours of my drop off time, and as per my request, he ran a full diagnostic to let me know of any issues I should be aware of. I’m already scheduled for another appoint with him to take care of what he found. Larry seems like a friendly guy but it’s all a front. I really wanted to like him but he is unethical and very deceptive in how he does business. His bottom line is to rip you off. I really don’t like how he takes it upon himself to do work on your car without calling you and providing you an estimate for the cost. Larry does the opposite. He calls you and already began work on your car and then tells you how much it costs. This way you are locked into paying him since he already went ahead and did the work without your approval. Also, when you pick your car up it turns out he did a bunch of other things as well that he failed to mention. Larry seems like a friendly person but HE IS DISHONEST. Moreover he also charges an additional 4% just to use your credit/debit card! I have never been to a mechanic and had them charge me an additional 4% of the cost just to use my card. This means if you spend $1000 you are charged an additional $40. It’s outrageous. Doing business with him is a very unpleasant and unethical experience. Stay away from this con man. He’s only out to bleed you dry using very deceptive methods. He is not your friend. Don’t trust him.

Larry is great! I have a 24 year old Firebird, and whenever I have a problem with my car, he gets me in right away, troubleshoots the issue, and fixes it so I have very little vehicle down time. He is super friendly and very honest. Larry's shop is the only place I will trust to take care of my old, and much loved Firebird 🔥❤️😊

I brought my 2012 escalade there for some warning dash lights issues. Larry was able to resolve them with a simple fix. Other mechanics might wanted to suggest replacing parts here and there. Larry is a friendly and honest man. We even chatted about cars in the good old days. I live in Pacifica for 34 years. His shop is walking distance from my house very convenient for me. Brought my car here for an issue. Got the car back brought it home and the issue was still present. Brought it back and Larry charged me extra despite the fact that I originally brought it there to fix the issue in the first place! Well, one month later and the issue is back! This guy is a total scammer! I also read his responses to the negative reviews and they are laughable. Of course people don't use their real names for their Google Profile! And it's not like if he knew who it was leaving the negative review that he would try to make things right without charging you major $$$. I usually try and give the little guy, the mom and pop shops, my business. But I would have been better off taking my car to Firestone or Midas. At least this way I could hold them accountable and call corporate but Larry just wants to charge you and does a poor job. I'm so upset that I have to put more money into my car to fix the original problem that I don't even want to look at it. I will never take my car here or recommend this place ever again!

I am a Dog Trainer & Behavior Consultant and I had 4 dogs running at Esplanade Beach and came back to the car to find a completely flat front tire! I was able to fill it enough (with my hand held air pump) to drive it to All Karz and Larry & Mike changed it to my spare and had me driving again in less than an hour! I was even early to my next dog training session!!! They even patched the flat so it can be the new spare. Thank you so much guys! You got a new customer forever!

Larry is the best. He fixes cars, from the simple maintenance stuff to the hard problems. He explains things well, gives you options, and is easy to schedule things with. And he really can fix car problems! He fixed a major suspension problem on my 2012 SportsMobile van, quickly and efficiently. I have had additional work done by Larry, and as usual the service and fixes were excellent. Larry's in Pacifica is definitely my first choice for auto repairs in the future.
