My wife got a flat tire, went to Forward Automotive Center and they did a great job helping us out. Found a good tire to replace the flat one and even gave us a lift to the library, while they were changing it. I will definitely be using them again.

I was very impressed with the new look. They really cleaned the place up. I would have never stopped in that place before. I stopped in because my AMG had a low tire and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I think I am going to give them a try for my other maintenance things.

Holy smokes! If I could give more stars, I would. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. Caleb is the absolute best at what he does and is honest as the day is long. My wipers are wiping!! If you need anything whether minor or major, this is the spot in The Friendswood Webster or League city area to go to! Highly appreciate them and highly recommend!

Brought el Camino in for electrical service and then a second time for additional service. Both times they were professional and had the vehicle done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Only place I take my 1964 el Camino for service. Clear cut irrigation service!

We had a horrible experience at this place! Lance is the most unprofessional person we have ever had to deal with. Stay away from this place if you value good customer service. We where quoted a price for some maintenance work and a windshield. We gave him a down payment and had to pay the balance at pick up. When we go to get the car the total is $300 more then he had quoted us. When we asked why it was more then what he had quoted us he became annoyed, irate and extremely unprofessional. He blamed the over charge on the windshield guy and refused to take responsibility for misquoting us and now expected us to pay more. Will never do business with them again and would not recommend anyone to take their business here.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP!!!!! They are highly unprofessional & very rude if you ask any questions about the repair or their diagnosis or feedback. Shop owner is absolutely uncaring & unreasonable. We have 8 cars in the family & a long history of very positive experiences with repair shops all throughout the Houston area. And never have we experienced this level of rudeness, unprofessionalism & outright disdain for paying customers. Used them twice & 1st experience was equally awful. But decided as time went on, to give them a 2nd chance & tried them again, chalking the 1st experience up to "a bad day or misunderstanding". But next time used= same result. Same rudeness. Same disdain for paying customers. Same argumentative nature right out of the gate when a question is asked. Use them at your own risk. There are several great repair shops in F'wood within just blocks in both directions form this shop. You are far better off using people & businesses who actually care about & respect their customers. This is not 1 such business.

I was in desperate need of two rear tires. I could only budget one at the time and I was going to just have to keep my fingers crossed that I didn't have a blow out until next payday. I ordered my tire here & was told to come in next day. When I arrived my tire was not available. That is where great customer service was provided. I was given buy 1 get 1 free to come in next day. This saved me so much to be able to get both tires changed together. If that is not the blue print for great customer care, than I do not know what is. I highly recommend this facility and will now have all automotive repairs done here. Never mind. This place was in different ownership when this happened not impressed at all with new company

I have always been hesitant on going to get my oil change because of the long wait and bad service. Well this place has totally restored my faith. I was greeted by Caleb Strickland instantly and he attended to my auto needs right away. He was very kind and cheerful. The lobby was super clean and the seating was very comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Five Stars!!!!

Always have a fantastic experience here! The Staff are every knowledgeable and friendly and always have had my best interest at heart. My suburban would always make a noticeable shake when i braked and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and now it feels like i am driving a brand new car again! This shop is great! I found them from a local group I use and got an oil change from them. They looked at my husbands truck and called me within an hour to tell me what was wrong and see what I wanted to do. It was a starter and they were able to get the part same day and fix it and I picked up after work! Everyone from Ashley at the front to Lance that runs the shop is so helpful and amazing! I would highly recommend them for any services!

I went here to have my oil changed and tires rotated since my normal place didn't have any appointments available. Lance was very friendly and happy to help me. After getting my tires and oil done, Lance was kind enough to help me on a quote to fix my driver side window and replace my cracked windshield. The work done was excellent and the custom service was top notch. I will definitely be going here from now on!

If you need a sign to bring your vehicle to this shop let this be it! This is coming from someone who has been to several mechanics in the area and has got questionable work done by others. When nobody could help me with my stubborn vehicle engine light this shop found the problem and did everything they possibly could to make this a smooth process and fixed it! I’m extremely grateful I have found a trustworthy business that I know truly values their customers.
