Can’t say enough about All Valley Car Care. I took my Ram 1500 in to have my suspension replaced. Matt took care of the repairs in a timely manner and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I wanted express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received at All Valley Car Care. I truly believe that you are the most honest and accurate mechanical shop I have encountered in a while. My car was experiencing an issue where it would start but immediately die. It turned out that the rhinestone ring I decorated my ignition with was triggering the anti theft system, making it think the car was being stolen. Matt and his team spent two days diligently working on my car, from resetting my key to running diagnostics. Ultimately discovering the culprit was the metal rhinestone ring, once they removed it, it started right up. I was incredibly impressed that you didn’t charge me for all the time and effort you spent troubleshooting the problem. Your honesty and dedication to providing excellent service are truly commendable. I highly recommend All Valley Car Care to anyone looking for honest and reliable auto repair. Brought a vehicle there to get ac filled had brand new compressor in the vehicle was the reasoning for the fill they had it for two hours said it had a blockage and caused 1800 in damages at least that's the quote I was given ac worked perfectly fine on Thursday the old compressor started to make some noise so on Friday I had a new one put in and not ran untill Monday morning when their mechanic turned it on and in their words "grenaded it" and his suggestions was to put another new one and a new this and that and another 1800 to them. I'm sick to my stomach I got no sympathy just here you go it's destroyed we did it and you'll have to pay to fix it

These guys are just right out awesome. I really like how they send you a link showing pictures of the issues they are seeing and I also like how thorough they are. I had some questions about some things I was uneducated about with my vehicle and they were very kind about it and didn't make me feel bad about not knowing. Had motor mounts replaced here for my grand caravan. Awesome friendly and professional service. Got everything done in a short time and I wasnt without a vehicle longer than needed which is amazing because I have 3 kids and a busy schedule! I asked for a diagnostic before doing work and they were upfront and honest about labor pricing and options. I had a hiccup after the work and they fixed for me with courtesy. The service was phenomenal! The Service Manager Chris, made sure my truck was taken care of the right way. I brought it in for an oil change, suspension work, and an alignment. There was a small hiccup, but as soon as I mentioned it to Chris, he handled it immediately and profesionally. Excellent customer service and great attention to detail. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We took our 2015 Sonata with no damage to the AC pressure hose and fully functional ac compressor. All we needed was the freon reloaded. They charged us $1000 the first time for recharge, troubleshooting, and a new belt replacement. Then $1400 for a new compressor that I know was fully functional. Then at time of pick up they wanted to charge another $400+/- plus part for a pressure hose leak. Keep in mind that our car AC system was fully functional, the only damage was the condenser due to some front end damage which we replaced. No engine compartment damage!!! We took it to a second mechanic and he found that the clips holding the pressure hose were removed causing the pressure hose damage by the belt they replaced!!! They troubleshooted and could not figure out the hose was damaged. Instead of fixing their mistake they decided to charge us for their mistakes and continue charging us when they could not figure out what was wrong with the freon leak. I do not recommend this place and would be very careful with their overpriced services! We learned the hard way after $2400 when it was only going to be around $300!! Update: The shop was not willing to take responsibility even when we clearly showed the damage hose. They are the only ones who moved parts inside the engine compartment. Be cautious of this shop.

I took my vehicle to two other mechanics and they weren’t able to find the problem even after having the car for four hours. Chris and his team identified the root cause of the issue within minutes and able to fix it for an outstanding price. Once the issue was resolved, I received a really detailed report, including photos and videos. This place is better than the dealership. This is the only mechanic I’ll take my car to from now on. They’re amazing!
