Just finished my scheduled maintenance on my XC90 with George, and I will never go to anyone else again. He was recommended by someone in Louisiana as "the Volvo Whisperer" and they were not wrong! You immediately get the vibe that he's HONEST, and he knows what he's talking about. He instilled a sense of trust almost immediately. Plus he's just an all around nice gentleman. He inspected every inch of my "Margaux" and noted items to look out for, even finding a nail in my tyre we didnt know about, that would have put me in a dire situation on an upcoming trip. Worth the drive and we are loyal clients from this day forward!

Put simply, George of Allen Enterprises is a Volvo genius. For years, I've gone to Allen Enterprises whenever an issue pops up with my 2011 Volvo xc90. Nine times out of ten, George tells me that the issue is not actually the massive repair I have imagined in my mind, but is instead a common and easily resolved glitch. He is generous, cost-conscious, and a good communicator. 10/10 would recommend, I will never return to the regular Volvo dealership as long as Allen Enterprises is an option.

George is “THE MAN” when it comes to Volvo. My AC Had been blowing warm/hot for a few minutes after first starting the car. I had a shop look at it near where I live (Madison Motor Werks). They kept it for a day and a half before they could figure out what was wrong. And then I’m not so sure they did. They wanted to essentially put an entire new system in the vehicle. To the tune of $4500! I don’t think so. I did a quick search for Volvo repair and found George and I like the way he put it. "They wanted to amputate a leg to treat an ingrown toenail." I reached out to George and had a quick chat on the phone and he basically had it figured out over the phone. I went by and it was a valve in the compressor just like he thought. He had it done in no time for $500. He also fixed a few other little things along the way. He’s super nice. Enjoyable to chat with. If you need Volvo help, look no further.

I highly recommend Allen Enterprises! My grandfather was an auto mechanic and taught me a lot but, George Allen is the most knowledgeable Volvo mechanic I know. He keeps you updated on status, often works late and his diagnosis/troubleshooting is spot on. No one else has given me such good service. I can't imagine taking my XC90 anywhere else.
