We like this place. The prices are good and the service is fast and high quality. My father had a problem with his tire. The mechanic looked at it and just quickly fixed the issue without even charging anything. My dad tipped him of course, but was pleasantly surprised by this act of kindness.

I had a good bit of work done to one of my vehicles done about a month ago. Due to circumstance I was not able to have everything done at once due to cost. The staff at Goodyear took the time to advise me what to do first in order of importance. in the end everything worked out for the best and all work has been completed. They did a great job and answered all my questions. Including calling me back when they said they would. I will be returning to this location to have another vehicle i own worked on.

This building needs an extensive cleaning. Given the cost of tires and service there should be decent furniture for waiting and restrooms should be clean. The customer service is good so far. The place is filthy

Just not professional enough to mess with. The place was filthy, they were "taking lunch" at 6 pm even though they closed at 7 pm, they refused to give me my car keys back even though they hadn't even started work on my car, and it looked like they were dumping fluids into their dumpster instead of disposing of it through the proper channels. I suggest finding a different shop.

Would highly recommend. Me and my family drove 9 hours to Jackson for a wedding when the ac compressor failed with 5 hours left of the trip. Woke up Saturday morning and drove to several shops who claimed they couldn't perform the service repair until Monday. I gave these guys a call and they got me in and out in a few hours. Now my A/C is blowing snow flurries!!!!! Great staff. Salute

Mechanics guess what is wrong and how to fix it and you leave and have to bring it back because they did not fix the problem. Appear to be helpful but everyone in the shop needs to be certified for the prices they charge.

I called and asked if they had availability for a front and alignment he says yes I get there. He collects my information. Takes my key and take my car to the back to start the process. I guess I waited over 2 1/2 hours for him to come back and tell me that the alignment machine doesn’t work come back Monday after I don’t waste it all this time for no reason never again, I see why y’all have three stars already

Terrible service. Tire place that does not know even how to put a patch on a tire. Came back twice to fix and still leaking. Don’t come here just go to Walmart that you will do better.

The customer service was fine, but they take forever to do an oil change. Every place I've ever been for an oil change, it took 10 minutes. I was the only person in the lobby and I waited almost 2 hours. Then when it was finished, they couldn't figure out my booking from caradvise and wouldn't give me my keys for another 15-20 minutes while they called support. Meanwhile my 10 month old was getting restless. That was incredibly annoying and I won't be back here.

Excellent service and technicians. We were on a road trip heading back home to Texas when our vehicle busted a ball joint on the highway. We had it towed to this shop and they got it fixed in less than 2 hours and had us back on the road to home. They went above and beyond so we wouldn't be stuck in an unfamiliar town for days. The price was fair and they did a great job!

On November 4, I took my Jeep Cherokee in to get the thermostat replaced. I stayed all day until 2:32pm just for them to tell me they couldn’t reach where the thermostat was and to take it to the dealership to get it replaced. They could’ve told me that in the morning instead of wasting time. They refilled my coolant but didn’t charge me for anything.

We just bought a car from carmax with bald tires. New wheels. They sent us here for new tires installation. These people are a tire place and scratched 3 out of 4 of our wheels. Unreal. Will definitely be calling corporate since they said nothing trying to get away with it. So now I have new tires with scratched wheels on an almost spotless car. Thanks a lot .

I’m back today (2/3/2025) to get alignment and tires balanced. Miles is the technician who does alignment and he is very professional and kind. I bought the 3 year alignment plan which is a great deal. I really didn’t know that we should have an alignment every 6 months or so many miles. This is what I really love about this store; they take the time to INFORM. I highly recommend that single females come to this store because the men who work at this location won’t try to take advantage. Although there is a location closer to me (Ridgeland, MS) I have gone to this location since 2016. Mr. Philip is the manager and he works very hard to ensure there is always the best customer service and that his customers are please and satisfied with service. I truly appreciate how kind all of the employees are and just being in a calm clean environment while I wait on vehicle. The restrooms are also pretty clean. The store does need to be renovated BUT that’s not the mangers fault but corporate. This store has been here for decades yet they seem to be doing minor improvements. It’s very outdated but Philip does his best to keep it presentable. I highly recommend this location!!!

Started buying tires from this location in 2007. Quality tires then, quality tires now in 2026. This time I had some other parts replaced as well . Please take note that Goodyear is a “national “ brand. This means items under warranty can be taken care of in any state. ( be sure to call and verify if the location is a “corporate “ location) I recommend this location.
