Dennis and Bri are the most wonderful helpful individuals I’ve ever encountered in the body shop industry. My insurance took a while to get back to them for parts and payment however, All Magic did their due diligence, they worked quick and had the best service I’ve ever had. One phone ring and they pick up instantly. My car looks brand new again, as if no one ever hit the vehicle im the first place. Thank you once again, will be bringing my business here again if need be.

My Volvo got backed into by a careless driver and uninsured. Shout out to Eddie for the good communication during the repair process, negotiating with the insurance for other damages, and most importantly getting my Volvo back on the road. The paint was matched very nicely and doesn’t look like anything ever happened - they even fixed a few small dents during the process. I recommend this shop for Volvo owners since our cars can be a bit finicky to fix. Will gladly do business again and hopefully never have to deal with an accident again. 5*****

I wanted to take the time to thank Jerry for his expertise advice. I was so scared because I had never been in an accident before and he walked me through the whole process. Once I file the claim I will come back. He truly made me feel that All magic was the place to have my vehicle repaired. I give him 5 stars and my vehicle hasn’t even been repaired. Now there was a girl in the front who had blonde hair and was full of tattoos who was cursing like a truck driver saying she wasn’t going to release a vehicle to a customer. Hopefully I do not have to deal with her when I bring my vehicle back. She gets -5 stars. The manager and Owner were super professional as well.

Took in my car to All Magic Paint & Body for paint and body repairs after a I was hit. The level of customer service is top tier. Miguel was the guy who handled my vehicle. He was very upfront and professional. He did a great job of meeting deadlines. I was always kept up-to-date on the status of my vehicle as it moved along from parts/body work to paint to finally being finished. They truly did an exceptional job and repairing my vehicle. The cleanliness of my vehicle was impeccable the interior work was great and the outside work such the paint was shining. My car looked like it was barely rolling off the lot first time because of how clean and well the repairs were done. This shop does wonderful work and truly feel they did go above and beyond to ensure my vehicle looked and was repair properly. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and would recommend them to anyone.

A gentleman named by Brian kept me updated in all my repairs while my car was in the shop. I recommend this body shop.

Took my Honda in for a detail that is supposedly worth $250. More like $2.50 The outside is also still dirty has their marks all over. Matt’s were thrown around, dust + bugs were in my car. I had Grace upon them I didn’t make it a big deal when they stoled a part of my headlight and put it on another Honda. The damage I had was on my bumper not on my headlight… So had no idea why they would even touch the front of my car. Brian said it would only be 4hrs to detail, it took over 24hrs he then lied to my face saying it was 8. I was hung up on when I called to see the status of my car was treated rudely. Eddie never kept me updated either like he said he would on Brian’s behalf when Brian wasn’t around. I was surprised at how crappy they treated me they were acting like I did them wrong fixing their car or lied to them. They Messed up a lot of my stuff in here whatever oily product they used is eating up my stuff as you can see. Also, More stains than before. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all unless you want your car messed with even more. This smell of gas won’t leave my car either. Save the headache & Time.

Last night, I scratched my Tesla while parking — and it’s a fairly new car, so the scratch looked really noticeable. I was stressed and thinking I needed to get it fixed quickly before my husband noticed. Today, while driving on Hamner Ave, I saw the sign and stopped by without an appointment just to ask for an estimate. Miguel was the staff member who helped us, and he was incredibly kind and sweet. He said he would try to make the scratch invisible — and for free. Free? I couldn’t believe it, so I asked again — and surprisingly, he said it was just a service. After waiting about 15 minutes, my car was ready. If I didn’t have the photo of the scratch taken before, I wouldn’t have been able to find where it had been. It was that perfect. Thank you so, so much for fixing it so well that my husband won’t notice. I’ll definitely be back soon to fix the scratched wheel. I wanted to express my gratitude somehow, so I decided to leave this review. Thank you, Miguel, for not just letting a walk-in customer go, but instead treating me with kindness and making my day so much better. And thank you, All Magic Paint & Body! It truly was a magic-like experience — just like the name. I already told all my coworkers about what happened today!

Was given the same price and well explained process. I just had my under tray and driver fender liner installed (btw they allowed me to bring the parts I purchased from the dealership). From the call while I was shopping around, to the moment I left. They were informative, polite, "everyone's family" kinda vibe. Price was good and service was courteous. FYI: You DO NOT have to go to a body shop that your insurance recommends! That being said: I am glad I trusted my gut and went All Magic in Norco. Tina & Brian were incredibly supportive during a VERY physically & emotionally challenging time. I walked in feeling down & I didnt know what to do or who I could rely. I was greeted right away by smiling receptionists & met Brian. He helped me and explained the process, advised me on CA laws that protect me, and was patient as I cleared my belongings from my car. My dream car was totaled and parting was painful. Holidays coming up and the feeling of not having a car weighed heavily and added to my stress. How would I take my children to school? Pick them up? Shop for holidays? Visit family? So much we take for granted... I am forever grateful that I was partnered with Brian to help me navigate this difficult time. Updates were frequent, communication was clear and service was TOP TIER.
