Today I went inside the store simply asking a question to the customer service rep working behind the counter and The customer service that I received was absolutely unacceptable , displeasing, and simply disrespectful The Tone of voice being used Towards me the customer was Simply terrifying. Why do you ask?! I went in the store simply asking if he knew when the store next door closes since I was lost and could not find their entrance or even a customer service rep there to talk to, and i really wasn’t familiar with the place. I wasn’t expecting him to know the answer but I taught I would ask anyway since they are Neighbors. Of course not to my surprise He didn’t know exactly when the store closed which was fine and I said thank you of course , but it’s the response, and tone of voice used towards me that bothered me , and him justifying raising his voice on a 24 year old woman as “Being Latino” that to me is just poor customer service, unacceptable behavior, And shows Lack of Understanding towards others in need especially during this time of Still Ongoing Pandemic. To even Think That person, Holds the title As Store Manager and treated a customer this way imagine how much more so other customers of that Company will get mistreated . You should be ashamed of yourself and to call yourself the Manager of that Store, having such a lack of understanding towards customers who are entering your business really says a lot about your Character. Someone With Such Disrespectful manners should not work in a customer service establishment and as a company if disrespecting women and having Disgusting remarks towards them, and them being justified as being “Latino” is What you really Stand for, Really ask yourself this question ladies and gentlemen is this a place you would feel comfortable taking your wife, mother, or daughter to? Knowing she will get disrespected? question yourself if that’s a place you would like to take your business .
