Man where do I start this garage (Sparks Street Autobody) was above and beyond any experience that I’ve ever had when dealing with automotive issues. We all know the nightmare that come with some of these businesses who try to get you in and out as fast as possible but most of the time leave you with more issues than results. Customer service amazing,work was impeccable ,let me just say those FIVE STARS ARE EARNED. And man the gentleman who was running that show who looks you in the eyes and tells you the truth and lets you know he will do his best I’m blown away by his results and the extras, you’ve going to just have to go and find out for yourself.

Excellent Service! Carol and Randy took great care of me. After being hit from behind, the load of stress associated was surmount being a teacher and a mother of 2. This place had my car ready before expected and the car looked amazing! There was a mix up with my spare tire being damaged and they gladly and quickly fix that as well. Two months ago my car was hit when I wasn’t even in the vehicle. I was going into my house to grab a change of clothes when I heard a loud crash. After calling about every auto body shop in the south shore area, Sparks auto body was the only one offering the quickest solution. My car wasn’t even in the shop for more than three days. I am highly satisfied with this business. My car looks brand new, like when I got it out of the dealership. Not very good phone etiquette. Called to ask a general question. The lady asked who was calling, gave her my name and let her know my name had nothing to do with the question I was calling about. I asked whether they did body work on German vehicles and she rudely said "NO!" and hung up. Thanks. Your people need more training.
