They go above, & beyond to help out. It was raining hard I left car door open.Transfering item from rental to my own car. Owner stayed to make sure. I was ok. My car wouldn't start. He gave my car a jump, & told me to drive my car around for 15 min. No more issues with starting.

I was so upset my car was hit in a parking lot. They were very clear and upfront about process, told me a week but done in four days. I was even sent text message updates. When I got the car back it looked great and they had even cleaned and polished the inside. I hope not to have a car accident anytime soon but if I do, I'll definitely come here again.

I couldn't say enough about Spark st. auto body. And it obviously starts with ownership . Jeff is very personable and caters to his customers needs. I had a glitch with the car rental and Jeff was able to smooth it out and my rental was ready when I dropped off my car. Not only did they address my repair but they detailed the entire car inside and out. Jeff also chased down a couple of codes for mechanical repair and let me know what they were. If you spend a few minutes in the office you will be greeted with enthusiasm and you might notice the little league photos they proudly display of the team they sponsor. Good for the customers and good for the community. Oh yeah, and my car looks great.

The front office is very polite and responsive, had all the paperwork ready, the timeline given was 100% accurate and the truck looked like it just came off the lot. Excellent Service! Carol and Randy took great care of me. After being hit from behind, the load of stress associated was surmount being a teacher and a mother of 2. This place had my car ready before expected and the car looked amazing! There was a mix up with my spare tire being damaged and they gladly and quickly fix that as well. Two months ago my car was hit when I wasn’t even in the vehicle. I was going into my house to grab a change of clothes when I heard a loud crash. After calling about every auto body shop in the south shore area, Sparks auto body was the only one offering the quickest solution. My car wasn’t even in the shop for more than three days. I am highly satisfied with this business. My car looks brand new, like when I got it out of the dealership. If you do not use this body shop I don't know why. Having been hit twice I have had Spark St. AB do the repairs. This shop is the epitome of real work ethic! Not only are they friendly they work with you every step of the way. My vehicle is now 10 years old and thanks to them it doesn't look it. These folks were absolutely amazing. I had a minor accident, submitted a claim through my insurance company, and in less than a week, my car was all set for pickup. At every step of the way, they were kind, attentive to what I needed, and incredibly professional. When I picked up the car and sat in the driver's seat, I noticed that they had also vacuumed and cleaned. I keep my car pretty clean, but it hasn't looked this good since I bought it over a decade ago. If you're ever in need of collision repair in the Brockton area, this is the place to go. A great experience all around and good people, too.

Carol is super helpful & full of information. Every question I had, she had an answer. Jeff & the rest of the staff made my 2019 Honda Passport look new again! Literally looks like it just came off the assembly line from Honda. 10/10 we DEFINITELY recommend. If you are in the south shore of Mass, this shop is where it’s at.

Man where do I start this garage (Sparks Street Autobody) was above and beyond any experience that I’ve ever had when dealing with automotive issues. We all know the nightmare that come with some of these businesses who try to get you in and out as fast as possible but most of the time leave you with more issues than results. Customer service amazing,work was impeccable ,let me just say those FIVE STARS ARE EARNED. And man the gentleman who was running that show who looks you in the eyes and tells you the truth and lets you know he will do his best I’m blown away by his results and the extras, you’ve going to just have to go and find out for yourself.

I visited Jeff and his team for body work resulting from a minor hit and run incident that damaged my drivers side door and destroyed my rear view mirror. My experience working with Spark Street was outstanding. They were communicative, organized, and completed the work with a high level of attention to detail. My car got hit in a parking lot (the person owned up to it thankfully!) and my insurance company recommended Spark Street. They did a great job but what I didn’t expect was they fully detailed the inside! And that was a little embarrassing because my 2 Golden Retriever’s had a vet appt a few days before it went in so there was drool and paw prints everywhere - ahhhh!! Sorry everyone but great job and I’m super appreciative!!!!
