Absolutely wonderful experience with these guys. Jim and Mike are experts about all things tires and road service. Mike was able to determine what I might need over the phone and then a few days later Jim came out and did the service call. Jim was punctual, upbeat, and efficient. He busted two old tires and mounted two new 8-14.5 tires on my existing rims, (BY HAND, and didn't miss a beat), checked for dry rot on the other two (those were good to go), put air in all 4 and answered any and all questions I had during the process. My Mom is also a huge fan of trucks so he was a good sport with keeping up with her questions and side chatter. The price for the service call and tires was extremely reasonable. I will call Britton Tire again next time I need service or tires.

We had one of our commercial vehicles in the Brockton area and unfortunately one of the tires on the truck had received significant damage. Not being from the area, I searched for a local commercial tire company and came across Britton Tire. I called and spoke with Mike and he said to have our truck come down and he would take a look at it. He was able to replace the damaged tire and a very reasonable price, and our driver was back on the road in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Britton Tire. Thanks Mike!

I got a flat early in the work day. The first five places I called did not have a tire mounting machine large enough to mount a new tire onto my work truck. Many other companies had me on hold for longer than I had the patience for. I needed the tire replaced ASAP. I called Britton and spoke with Mike who was able to get to work on my truck as soon as I arrived. Jim did lots of work on the truck and talked me through different options of tires that would suit my truck best. Very happy with the customer service and the personnel at Britton. Highly recommended and will have my business for years to come. 😁

I had a nail in my tire and was being told the cost at other repair shops would be roughly $450 for a replacement in addition to waiting 2 days for the tire to be ordered and arrive. Mike and the team at Britton were able to fix the tire within 30 minutes and without needing replacement. They were extremely kind and transparent. l highly recommend Britton to any individuals experiencing tire issues!

Still family ran and owned, if you need tires new/used with fare pricing and great personal service... call or go to Britton Tire. I recently used Britton Tire, great personable service. I have always seen them there in Brockton but have never used them before and wish I had. I found them on FB Marketplace from an ad they placed for used tires. The tires where exactly what they advertised, to me the service was a very positive bonus. I always appreciate a family business, as im sure many of you do as well as we all know how difficult it must have been to keep it going through not only all the challenges every business has to keep going but to have all the added challenges of doing anything for so long with Family. Which must mean the focus or foundation of that family must be at least more so all the positives and benefits of family that especially these days seems to be taken for granted or outright over looked by so many. So, to endure both the challenges of business and that of running a business with family in my opinion deserves our patronage to help keep it going as long as possible and with mutual benefits to both the family running the business but also to their customers whom obviously must be greatly appreciated and valued as I believe we cant have one without the other.
