Advanced Auto Performance is THE BEST auto shop in Brockton. I was in an accident and my car was damaged real bad. As a woman I feel like some mechanics try to take advantage of the situation. I recently went to Advance Auto Performance to add some rain guards and get rid of old stickers on my car. The owner, Shawn, and his team were super quick and careful with my car. They put on the rain guards perfectly, and the stickers came off without leaving any marks, which was awesome. Shawn made sure everything was done right and I didn't have to wait long at all. It's like my car got a mini makeover! If you need something done on your car, I'd definitely recommend Shawn and his shop.

They took care of changing my brake lights and headlights without any hassle, demonstrating their expertise. I also had a persistent issue with a window that wouldn’t go down. Decent people but very disorganized in timeliness and communication. Rates have increased a lot lately, about 50% higher than just six months ago. Work is about average, not special. Shawn and CJ used to be good but now there’s a lot of slack and late work. If you have a long-time history here, beware because that’s not going to get you any better service now. Sad.
