I recently went to Advance Auto Performance to add some rain guards and get rid of old stickers on my car. The owner, Shawn, and his team were super quick and careful with my car. They put on the rain guards perfectly, and the stickers came off without leaving any marks, which was awesome. Shawn made sure everything was done right and I didn't have to wait long at all. It's like my car got a mini makeover! If you need something done on your car, I'd definitely recommend Shawn and his shop.

Fair pricing on labor, good customer service and quick turnaround around time on at least my repair. They were very thorough in diagnosing my A/C compressor issue on my 08 Civic Si. I recently visited Advance Auto Performance for an oil change, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer. During my oil change, the mechanic provided a thorough overview of the issues with my car, which I really appreciated. They took care of changing my brake lights and headlights without any hassle, demonstrating their expertise. I also had a persistent issue with a window that wouldn’t go down. After visiting the dealership, where they couldn’t figure it out, I was pleasantly surprised when Shawn at Advance Auto identified and fixed the problem in just about 15 minutes! It was remarkable how quickly he resolved something that others couldn’t. Overall, I highly recommend Advance Auto Performance Body Shop. Decent people but very disorganized in timeliness and communication. Rates have increased a lot lately, about 50% higher than just six months ago. Work is about average, not special. Shawn and CJ used to be good but now there’s a lot of slack and late work. If you have a long-time history here, beware because that’s not going to get you any better service now. Sad.
