I had the good fortune to meet Jean, the manager the Meineke Car Care Center on Oak Street in Brockton, a couple of years ago and have been well able to rely always on prompt, courteous professional service at every turn! Dealing with Jean always a relaxing stress free experience. Jean and his team are confident willing and capable and I am always left to feel that they have MY best interest at heart. Would NOT Recommend… Took my car there in November 2021 for a clicking when turning and was told that it was one thing wrong with my car. Paid for the parts paid for the work and everything seemed fine. But within l 2 weeks the noise returned and I took my car back. When they finally looked at it they now said it was something completely different and in order to get that fixed I would be paying the same price again for a problem that could have been solved when I first took the car to them. When asking questions (that Jean didn’t like) he got an attitude as if he was doing me a huge favor. When I said that I wasn’t going to pay that price but was willing to pay a smaller amount they put my car down off the lift WITHOUT half my lug nuts on my tire. I didn’t notice until I got home and had to bring it back for them to put them back on. Now here we are 4 months later and my car has completely broken down. No apology No discounted rate for THEIR MISTAKE and now No drivable car..

I worked with Jose and another young man who's name I can't remember but they treated me very respectfully and did fast efficient work, love it, fixed my oil leak on my Mercedes(you don't want to know how difficult that is) I'd recommend this spot to anyone

The brakes in my car went out and the closest shop was Meineke on Oak St I spoke with Jean and he was very nice and very thorough. He did a full check and told me all four should be replaced. Not what I wanted to hear but he is the car expert. The service was excellent!! Jean is now my Mechanic!!!

I am so happy with my service. I lost my brakes on the way home from work and meineke was on the way home . I actually pulled in, told Jean my story and he took me in right away on a Friday afternoon . I needed back and front brakes , rotors , gave me an oil change and plugged my tire as I had a mail in it. I can’t say enough about my experience!! I’ll definitely come back

I have always had a good experience and I'm hoping that my current experience remains that way. Currently, waiting for results from not very good situation over here the past few days to be resolved correctly, so that my car engine light does not come back on and the engine runs as smoothly as it did when I brought it to be resolved. I needed my front brakes fixed. When I went to Stop 🛑 it sounded like it was going to punch 👊 the drum. I dropped my car off at 7am ⏰ and by 2 pm it was done. When I left and drove the car home 🏡. Im not sure how to rate this place. Yes Jean is very nice but appears over worked....and this is the first time in my life I have ever seen a cashier roll his blunt in front of a customer on the counter top. But he did apologize ! Parking is hard...too many cars... building is old needs updating
