I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday June 15, 2021 to have two tires put on my car at the Brockton location. I arrived at 8am and the technician looked at the car and recommended I put four tires and have the front end aligned. I agreed to the increased work and left for work. I returned at 3:45pm to pick up the car and it was parked out back looking like it was ready to go. I was told the front end alignment has not been done yet and it was next to go. I had to sit and wait another hour to get my car back. Why was another car having a front end alignment while mine is waiting and has been there since 8am. I don't generally have a beef with Sullivan tire but this was really aggravated me to no end causing me to write this review.

Did not intend to stop here by any means but this place is a god send. My fiancé and I just left the hospital with our newborn yesterday and were going to a follow up doctors appointment when my tire pressure light went on and long story short, we had a bubble in my tire. We also had an issue because my spare is an inflatable spare and the compressor was not doing the job. So we’re stuck 40 minutes from home with a newborn at 545 at night with two tires that will not get us home safely. I googled tire places in the area and we were about 10 minutes from this Sullivan tire. We called and explained the situation hoping to get a tire put on, but they didn’t have one in my size. Instead of just saying sorry don’t have it and hanging up, they offered to help get the spare on. We filled the bubbled tire with air and were able to make it the 3 miles to Sullivan just a couple minutes before they closed. The manager and another young man stayed late and helped inflate the spare and put it on our car, which kept them past closing. Not only did they do it free of charge, they were incredibly nice while we were there. As someone who also works in the auto industry and customer service industry, nothing is more annoying than someone walking in 5 minutes before close (especially with a weird situation like ours) and keeping you past when you just want to go home to your family. But they did us such a huge favor and kindness that I will never forget. I know it seems small but a day fresh out of the hospital with a newborn, this gesture went a super long way. They literally could have just said we don’t have it good luck, here’s a tow service. But they went above and beyond and got us home safely. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I work at a hospital about an hour away from where I live. I was only 20 minutes into my drive when one of my windshield wipers decided to stop working and it was pouring down rain. I had to pull over and the closest shop to me was this place as I couldn’t go to my usual shop in my town. I called to explain my situation and the guy in the phone immediately very passive aggressive like told me what was “wrong” and cut me off. He said I would have to leave my car there (wasn’t going to happen with my job and what I felt was actually wrong with it) I was taken aback and immediately hung up after that. That didn’t make me feel confident in a place to come to. Customer service is very important to me whether over the phone or in person. It was just rude, I don’t care how busy it might have been he was extremely rude. Thank goodness my parents came and rescued me. All the problem was, was my bolt was loose and it needed to be tightened. Wouldn’t go here just because of the interaction, stop being aggressive.

I came to do an oil change and a man and a woman show me under the car there was a lot of problems underneath the car lots of parts was rusted he explained to me that it was not worth fixing it to buy another car. It is hard to find an honest mechanic and car dealers they want to screw people over and just get money. I wanted to say thank you very much for your honesty. And I promise you if you put honesty before money you will get a lot of great customers,referrals and your business will Succeed and Grow!!!

Do not go here if you have a bmw. They say they can do all services and system check to get your business and take your money but they don’t. They lie at this location. My car took 1 day longer because they didn’t order parts needed for this. previously scheduled appointment. Then when I pick up my car the check engine light is still on. They tried to get out of it saying their paperwork said to check the maintenance lights. The paperwork didn’t say anything about the check engine light! Really…..that’s the best you can do to explain you lied to me. I ask them can you fix the check engine light and the answer they gave was No. I’ll have to go to bmw to get that looked at. Then why did I come here in the first place? Oh ya, they lied and said they could do it. Poorly managed business.

I’ve never written a negative review before but want folks to be aware and get a second opinion, .My son, a college student, brought his car in to be looked at as he thought he was having issues with his power steering. He got a call with a quote for $4000 worth of work, listing a whole collection of things that needed to be fixed - tires (he just got new tires a year ago), brakes (also done fairly recently), wipers - to the tune of $4000. They charged $145 just to look at it but we brought it to a reputable shop for a second opinion and were told there was nothing wrong with the car at all..$0. I’ve had a good experience at a different Sullivan’s in the past, but this experience was surprising. Always get a second opinion!

I've had a commercial account with this company for several years with multiple vehicles and I called over a little earlier to see about having one of the trucks in for a simple oil change. Something that should only take 30-60 minutes and though I've spent thousands with this company and have always kept our account in good standings I was told that the vehicle would need to be left for a day or an appointment would need to be made for the coming weeks! I am incredibly disappointed in the service and customer service that I received and will be taking our fleet leet account elsewhere...

We traveled from Maine to Massachusetts for a funeral. After coming out of the funeral we had a flat tire. Sullivan Tire has a great reputation in Maine and we have always loved their service so we went to the Brockton Sullivan Tire for a patch. After checking in and waiting a while, the person at the front desk said they couldn’t patch the tire because the nail was in the sidewall and said that 4, not just 1, new tires were needed. This was alarming because the car had been inspected the week prior and we were told there were well over 10,000 miles of life left on all the tires. We asked to see the nail in the tire. We were very disappointed when we saw that the nail was in the direct center of the tire, not the sidewall (see photo). We called the service tech out on lying to us and he replied that the tire couldn’t be repaired because of dust in the wheel well. It seemed strange that the reason was changing. The tires are not down to the wear bars and we believe Sullivan Tires was just trying to sell us new tires. We had the flat tire put back on and took it to our reputable BMW mechanic to be patched. Very dishonest location. Buyer beware. Would give zero stars if able.

I am new to the Massachusetts area and unfortunately got a flat on my way home last week. McQuarrie Towing and Recovery were kind enough to change my tire and put the spare on so that I could make it home. When I got back to work in the morning, I had a small window of time to replace my tire during the day. I was trying my best to make it back to Connecticut that evening to spend the weekend with my family. I contacted Sullivan Tire in Brockton. Not only did they have my tire in stock in their warehouse (which is usually a special order if I do not go to an Audi Service Center) they delivered it from the warehouse quickly and were able to take my car in the timeframe I had available. The tire was changed in less than an hour and I was back in business! Thank you to the team at Sullivan Tires in Brockton for your exceptional service! I hope I do not run into trouble again, but if I do, I know I am in excellent hands!

I brought my car in about 4 hours before the shop was going to close on a Saturday. They were able to give me a quote in a very timely manner. I assumed I wouldn’t see my car again until Monday due to all brake pads and rotors needing to be replaced but the team was able to complete the work before they closed for the day. I was very much appreciative of their hard work and keeping me in the loop. As a woman, I always question the service I receive at a male dominated field. I left my vehicle to have a slow leak repaired. I received a call that the tire wouldn't pass inspection (funny, since I got my sticker 2.5 months ago and drive 10 minutes to/from work). Was convinced I needed 2 new tires but the delivery truck missed picking them up. That was my lucky break. I picked my car up without any work being done, had my husband take it to Bill's Tire Barn where they diagnosed and repaired the tire.$30 vs $700.

Integrity speaks volumes! My vehicle was serviced a few weeks back and I needed a new battery. The team took me in right away because it was an issue that need immediate attention. I scheduled an appointment on 1/17/26 for a brake inspection because I was unsure if they needed to be serviced. To be transparent, my dealership indicated that I needed a whole gamut of things done, which I questioned. I actually had my brake serviced the previous year and knew it couldn't be accurate. Long story shorter, I assumed I heard my brakes rubbing and brought it in to Sullivan Tire. They did a thorough inspection and test drove my vehicle and confirmed my brakes were in good shape.
