This was my first time at the shop. Passed by it for years and decided to give it a try . They let me know they will do a free inspection of my vehicle, which was great. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up. They send you a link on your phone of your vehicles status and what they have found with pictures. They ask if you approve the repair. You can do it on the link. All hassle free. Great service, price was great, better then the stealer dealer. If you need work done on your vehicle ,I recommended this shop.

Mercedes sl 500 hydraulic suspension failed, towed to allied. Allied identified a bursted hydraulic line is the main reason. Fixed and car is working great. There is still ABC warning flashing occasionally, but no fault has been registered. Allied advised against doing more fixes without identify the point of fault as MB hydraulic parts are outrageously expensive. We are taking their advice to drive the car for a few weeks and then bring the car back for another round of (free)check.

2013 Lexus 450h with a steering problem (pulling Left and getting worse) that I, the all-knowing Owner, self diagnosed as either a wheel bearing failure or steering rack issue. Allied diagnosed it — correctly! — as a tire related issue since the tires were 9+ years old and showing minimal tread. Four new tires were fitted and now it steers Like New! Therefore: I highly recommend Allied. Don’t mess around with anyone else!

Worked with few mechanics over past 35 years. Mostly paid extra and went to original car dealers and later worked with a repair shop in Palo Alto which was awesome but unfortunately shut down when the owner decided to retire. After a few experiments went to Allied ( who actually is the closest to where I live. They are awesome. Our two BMWs and my Porsche are in great hands!!

The precision in troubleshooting was truly remarkable; they quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue with my Q5, which saved me time and worry. Communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept me informed every step of the way with clear explanations and approval before any work was done. My 2008 Highlander wouldn't start and was giving me Check Hybrid System & Check Brake System messages. I stopped by Allied Auto and talked to Bryan, and explained my dilemma-- I didn't want to spend $6k to repair a car that was only worth $4k but at the same time, I didn't want to discard a car that has been great for my family for so long without at least a token attempt to figure out what it would take to fix-- but didn't want to tow the car to a shop for a full diagnostic. And Bryan agreed to come to my house-- couple hours later, he came over and plugged in their diagnostic tool and told me the error-- and the likely paths to resolution (it wasn't a full diagnostic so not 100% certain what the solution would be), but there was enough detail for me to know the solutions required wouldn't be cost beneficial. Bryan was incredibly generous with his time and explained everything in detail. Truly great service-- really appreciate it.

Today was my first time using this business, and I was really impressed! The manager Matt was friendly, knowledgeable and communicated very well. He explained what may or may not need to be done on my 2018 BMW X3. He walked thru the pictures of my vehicle and explained what needed to be done soon, versus what could wait a while. He also made sure I had a ride each way from the business to my house, and back. The service area was very clean and my car was fixed the same day as I brought it in. Pricing was reasonable compared to the dealer!

They communicate conditions with my car clearly, make practical suggestions, and triage what should be done immediately and what can wait until next time.
