They did an amazing job. My wheels were old and really corroded and I wanted them to be partially painted to match the car. The result was truly magnificent.

I started using these guys around 3 years ago! First time I took my husband's 2015 Mercedes to get 2 rims repaired that had curb damage. We bought the car that way and thought the rims could not be repaired, but they did an amazing job. The Rims looked brand new. I then took one of my wheels from my 2018 Mercedes that got curb damage from myself, and again, they did an amazing job. We ended up buying a brand new 2022 Mercedes, and my husband wanted the wheels painted black. Took it back to Ken, and once again, he did a beautiful job on our wheels, painting them glossy black along with painting our brake calibers red. We couldn't have been happier with the job, they came out amazing and the price was very reasonable and boy did it make a difference on our SUV. Unfortunately, today, my husband hit a curb driving through a drive-through. But I kept my cool because I know this place will have my back, and they will leave our rim looking like new. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Ken, along with his team are very friendly and helpful!! Thank you, guys, for all your great service to our community ๐. See you guys tomorrow, lol.

Had a bent rim from the infamous potholes here in town, I called got no answer, I texted and was told they were too busy. My wife called they answered right away and told me to bring it in but there would be a wait. I got there it took them a little over an hour and my rim was repaired. They did a great job only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was because of the back and forth with communication in the beginning. Work and attitude once we arrived was stellar, exemplary. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

This is the second time I have used these guys for my alloy wheels. The first was 2 years ago for my Hyundai Tucson and now for my Mercedes. My AMG wheels had curb rash on 2 wheels and the other two looked OK but with some blemish on the spokes. I stopped by and talked to Ken and he spent about 10 minutes looking closely at all 4 wheels and told me he thought they could get the job done for me. I scheduled a visit and Steve arrived with his workshop trailer. Steve removed the wheels and disappeared into his workshop. When he came out with each wheel he showed them to me before reinstalling and each wheel looked like it just come from the factory. I was super impressed and the work quality exceeded my expectations. Their cost was very reasonable as each wheel required an hour of work.

These guys do great work, I had two Mustang wheels repaired and powder coated, one was bronze the other was gloss black. Both came out perfect. They also repaired my GLK350 wheel that was messed up by Discount Tire and they made it look brand new and they did it at my home.โฆIโve used the other major wheel repair shop in town and Alloy Wheel Repair beats them hands down in quality work.

I had my wheels painted by Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and I couldn't have found a better place to do them. Rob painted my wheels in the shop and he took such pride and care with my wheels. They went above and beyond what was expected. They sent me updates throughout the process. I was sent pictures asking if I wanted this or that to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My wheels were TSW wheels that have red in their logo. My wheels were going to be painted with yellow. Rob actually got a small paint brush and made these little red spots yellow for me. Now if that isn't service I don't know what is. Thank you Alloy Wheel and Rob for taking such good care of me and Izzy (my car).

Perfect powdered coatingfinished on my F-150 rims. They were aluminum brushed changed them to black and look bettet than new. This place will not disappoint the pictures can say a million words. The rims been on my truck for over 4 years now and still perfect as when I got them done in black. Will recommend 100 percent.

I went to a couple of different tire places in Tucson and they told me that the rim was no good and it was most likely going to be needed to be replaced instead of fix but when I took it here, the guy fixed it within two hours and my tire is as good as new

I am a repeat customer. There's no reason to go anywhere else. This place is the only place I will go in Tucson to get wheels repaired. Customer service is on point, pricing is on point, and they have a fast turnaround. Ask for Ken.

Poor experience all around. I initially had a set of wheels powdercoated by them. It took about a month (which is what I was told). I didn't check them until I got home and the quality was subpar. I contacted them and requested it to be fixed. The things I noted were incomplete coverage, powdercoat on the mounting faces, and the inner lips having areas that were bare metal (I'm guessing from sitting on a shelf). They said they can fix it so I took it back. After waiting over two months, they were "fixed" and I stored them in my garage until I had a set of tires to mount onto them. Taking a look at them now, I can't say it's the work of a professional in any regard. There is debris and inconsistencies everywhere. It was hard to take pictures of them but I added a couple to show what I am talking about. It's much more noticeable to the naked eye. Most of the spokes had debris underneath. There are areas that are patchy and runny. The lettering on the faces all look different. The mounting faces STILL aren't smooth - I can catch my nail running along them. But hey, the inner lips no longer show to bare metal. Here are some quotes from their website - wheels are inspected for any cracks, marks or other issues that would interfere with the end product - after the wheels have cooled, they can be inspected for any imperfections - we follow strict procedures that ensure exceptional quality for our customers. We take great care throughout the entire powder coating process, resulting in top-quality wheels that will exceed your expectations - with extensive training, our skilled technicians are fully capable of delivering the best end product - At Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, weโre dedicated to providing the highest-quality rim repair services to our customers. Our technicians can restore your wheels to their original condition I don't see any of that here. The lack of communication was frustrating enough -- I went in every other week for updates since I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone. And how does it take one month to powdercoat the wheels but two and a half months to "fix" them. I'd look anywhere else. It would likely be faster, better, and cheaper to go DIY and just YouTube/Google some guides.

Great experience here. They were professional, timely, and even worked around issues that came up. I highly recommend their services. I dealt mostly with Jordan, but the rest of the crew were friendly and helpful too.

My driver-side rear wheel was losing air slowly, and after finding no obvious leak, I took it to a wheel and tire shop. They found a crack on the inside of the wheel and quoted $150 for a repair, estimating 3 to 5 business days. Looking for a quicker and more affordable option, I contacted my auto repair shop, which referred me to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. After checking their reviewsโwhich seemed positiveโI decided to take my wheel there. The repair specialist assured me I could drop off the wheel that day, and it would be ready the next day for $125. Dropping it off was easy, and they promised to call when it was done. By 3 PM the next day, I hadnโt heard anything, so I called to check. They informed me it was ready for pickup, and when I arrived, the repair looked good at first glance. However, when I went to reinstall the wheel, I noticed damage around the center hub that wasnโt there before. I called and spoke with Ken, who was polite and knowledgeable. He explained the damage might have occurred because the wheel had been spray-painted previously (โrattle can jobโ) and the paint was prone to chipping. However, these wheels are aftermarket and have their original factory finishโthey were never spray-painted. Ken also mentioned the age and brittleness of the wheel could have been a factor. While I appreciate Kenโs professionalism, I feel extra caution should have been taken to prevent this damage. If the repair posed a risk, a call to inform me would have been appropriate. Ken mentioned they take before and after photos of the wheels, so they should be able to verify whether the damage occurred during the repair. He offered a discount on repainting the damaged wheel, but since I had previously inquired about refinishing all four wheels (quoted at $150 each with a discount for the repaired one), this felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine remedy. I also notified my auto repair shop about my experience, and they told me they will no longer recommend Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists to their clients. The damage to the center hub is not consistent with normal wear and tear. While my wheels already had minor curb rash and chips, the new damage worsened their condition. Itโs disappointing to see additional harm done to a wheel I trusted them to repair. Overall, the crack repair itself was completed quickly and looks good, but the hub damage and the unsatisfactory resolution to the issue leave me dissatisfied. For these reasons, Iโm giving my experience two stars. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. UPDATE. I had put the same review on yelp and the owner responded there. "With over 5 thousand straightening repairs a year and yours being the 1 and only wheel to have chipping around the hub, it is most definitely the weathered finish that you mentioned yourself had been in the sun for the last 10 years, a bad review is understandable when itโs a legitimate false doing, but when you ask us for a quote also to repair your already peeling and weathered finish and then make a bad review is not right." Thank you for your response. My concerns are about the repair process and lack of communication, not the wheel's pre-existing condition. Your reply shifts responsibility to the wheelโs condition, instead of addressing my concerns about the lack of communication and the poor resolution. While I now understand the wheelโs age may have played a role, I wasnโt aware of this at the time. As specialists, wouldnโt it have been appropriate to ask about the wheelโs condition before proceeding? A warning would have been appreciated. I paid $125 for the repair, with the primary goal of fixing the crack. Unfortunately, the repair worsened the wheelโs appearance, with new damage to the hub. This is disappointing given the cost. While the crack repair itself was done well, your defensive response and lack of resolution led me to downgrade my review to one star. I cannot recommend Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and advise potential customers to consider their approach to customer service.

What a great experience! Had a dented wheel on my wife's Porsche. Hunted around, talked to a couple places, they wanted me to drop and leave it for a couple days. Didn't really want to do that. Found these guys. They said c'mon down at noon. Got there, busy place. Jordan greeted me, said would be with me shortly. Got to watch him fix a really bad wheel. Jeeze, this guy is an artist. He finished, took my wheel and prepped it. And in 10 minutes had the dent out and the wheel super true. Balanced it, cleaned it up and sent me on my way. Happy customer. Great to deal with.

Great experience! Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, I was in and out in no time. My buddy noticed when balancing the rear passenger side of the tire that the wheel had a slight dent. I was not at all aware that thereโs a thing such as rim repair. Saved a lot of money in the long run. Looked into auto salvage parts in the area and they donโt have my particular rim. Iโm was very pleased with the service I received. Highly recommended!
