Today I went to by Alpha Auto Body, and when I say they have incredible customer service I mean it! Alpha was right on top of the problem at hand and had me out of there in no time. The rest of the crew I had seen also looked like immensely hard working. I would recommend this shop to any friend or family I know. This will 100% be my new go to with car troubles.

I called the owner every week for over a month but was not able to get ahold of him, during thid time 8 expired registration registration tickets were placed on my car because my car was left on the street. The owner did not work on this car during this time. What he did was tell his neighbor how much he should offer me for the vehicle. Fortunately, I was able to get the tickets dropped because I had infact paid for my registration and had new tabs. I just did not have access to my car.

I had such a great experience with this place! I had a pretty small issue with my car and they fixed it so fast - I called to schedule something and they just said to bring it in right away, so my problem was solved in max 30 minutes. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and even educated me about how to fix the problem myself going forward.

Alpha is An amazing guy, my wife and I got our dream car, 2019 platinum nissan maxima. Clean car in out, very reasonable pricing for cars and good quality cars. Getting our first oil change and mechanics informed us that oil life was still good. Definitely recommend, Alphas cars.

BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…We brought our car to Alpha for them to replace the dashboard, everything on the vehicle was functional when I went to pick up the car, the radio and backup camera wasn’t working they must have burnt the fuse or didn’t plug all the sensors when I told him about it he didn’t care to do anything about it, Yelled and cursed at us, All he cared about was his money, never coming back to this place.

I brought my car to alpha so he can fix it for me.. he took a down payment from me and did not fix my car over two months and I ended up towing my car from his lot and took it to someone else. Do not trust this amhar, he is a thief and never answers the phone from you once he takes your money. Trust me, this is not where you want to take your car to.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had an accident in June 2020 on the freeway and it took these guys SIX weeks to get the job done on the fender, hood, left front light, and front bumper. I understand that car work is not easy, but it wouldn’t kill you to give an approximate estimate on work completion. Or at least call to give an update. Instead, I was met with false promises and ghosting. The work quality was very poor. They fixed everything they promised but my chrome plating was removed, my turn signal lights didn’t work and they didn’t bother removing the spray paint. I could barely see what was in front of me with all that spray paint on my windshield. Safety hazard, people! After paying these guys $3,500 and paying my rental car company $1,300, I had to pay $1,200 to my more trustworthy mechanic after he discovered a multitude of problems. When I called Alpha to express my disapproval, he told me not to come to his shop, I am so ungrateful, and hung up. I would not recommend this amateur to ANYONE. Heed my warning!
