Usually I hate when shops tell me to come by because they need to do an inspection before giving a quote. But he hooked it up! I needed my rear break pads replaced and air filter changed, he did it all within the hour and for $135. 10/10 would recommend

I was told by the place I get my oil changed, that my transmission was leaking; supposedly it wasn't a bad leak but I wanted to make sure it didn't get worse. My coworker told me about Alpha and how he only trusts them with his and his daughters cars. We drove there and Johnny put my car on the lift and said he would look at it right now and tell me what was wrong. There was nothing wrong with my transmission. It was not leaking. I also asked him to check the shocks and struts since they are the original when I bought the car. There was nothing wrong with those either. I have not had luck with mechanics in the past. I ended up paying for things that weren't the problem or I would have one thing get fixed but two other things broke. This is the first time I feel confident that I can trust what they say about my car. Thank you Johnny and Sergio. I have found my new mechanic.

When I did get my car back finally, They told me that The rack and pinnon was fixed , but that the power steering pump would be going out soon likely. I checked my car, And they had actually overfilled my power steering fluid, , Which for those who don't know can cause Your power steering pump to go out.

Needed a fuel pump replaced quickly. Alpha auto repair got the job done efficiently and inexpensively. Would recommend for anyone in aloha needing auto repair. Had to laugh at the review on google about them not speaking english and being rude. I felt very welcome there as a customer and had no issues communicating with anyone there.

Super fast and honest quotes with great prices! I will always go here to ask sergio for help when i need! Thanks you so much you guys! Other places wanted to charge me double for the same service and wanted me to wait a week to see if they can fix my car. I dropped my car off around 3pm and these guys had like 7 cars in the shop!I left my keys and number and then next day I was called at 9am to tell me I was ready to go! They help me replace my starter!

In the past 8 years, we've used Alpha Auto for various repairs on both our Altima and our Kia Sedona. From brakes to a new starter to belts and several other repairs, Sergio, Johnny, and their team are the best mechanics around. I feel so lucky that we have found such a great mechanic! I don't plan on *ever* taking our cars to another shop to get work done. They are honest. They do good work. They have good customer service. There is not enough good I can say about Sergio and his team at Alpha Auto Repair! I moved further from them, but I drive back every time I need a repair because I know they do great work for a fair price!

I am new to the city of Portland and I had some car issues with heating and cooling. The tow guy recommended this please and I towed my car there and the mechanic and the owner of the shop Sergio was so nice and took care of it and I got my car back the next day . All was well taken care of , the other mechanics that work there are very nice as well I recommend this place hands down. Then take very Good care of you and customer service is excellent 👏👌 they are honest hard-working people and did a great job on my car! They have a customer for life .

Only came in with one problem with my car and more lights showed up after it was supposedly “fixed”. Extremely unprofessional they just told me “drive and the lights will go away. But now I have every light on in my dash. I’d give 0 stars if I could

Best mechanics in town! Best prices in town! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. They’re very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair and clear. It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic these days and this is one of them. They’re upfront with prices and details and they get things done in a timely manner. F150 needed a new starter. They did put one in, and it lasted 4 months. Found that the starter has 3 mounting bolts. Alpha didn't like the difficult one, so they only did 2 of the 3. Went to Paceway Frame and Axle for GOOD service and NO shortcuts.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! This place broke my car. Came in to fix a simple problem with the wheel. And when I came to pick my car up it lit up like a Christmas tree. When I asked them to fix the issues they created the manager refused to service my car anymore. My cars speedometer no longer works and my car does not gas up. On top of that my engine light and brake light is now on and my cars axel is broken !😡

These guys are legit. I knew what was wrong but didn't have the time or experience to get it done quickly. It was Thanksgiving, and I didn't want to spend half the day fixing my car when I could be with most of my family for the last time in a long while. They got it done, and i haven't had any problems. The only up charges they offered were things that made sense. Like changing the original timing belt while they were replacing the alternator. They had it done on an annoying Japanese car (very tight space) within about 1hr. The price was sensible too. They didn't try to screw me. If I have any other car problems I can't handle, these would be the guys I'd go to.

Came in with only one problem to fix a wheel bearing and now I have several other problems after leaving. They won’t help you and will just be defensive after trying to get help. Spent over 1k and now I have 3k+ to have to fix.

Take your money and run in the opposite direction. It’s already intimidating enough going to a mechanic shop as a woman but I brought my 21 Mitsubishi outlander because it was leaking fluid. They told me my hose needed to be replaced and that it was due to wear and tear. Charged me like $300 and something dollars. A few months go by my car starts leaking again but this time it’s a lot, took it in and they said it was low on fluid and nothing was wrong with it so they put transmission fluid. Fast forward my transmission stops working. I had to get it towed to another mechanic and turns out they didn’t correct the issue with the hose and All of my transmission fluid and oil leaked out. $4000 later, I got a new transmission which could’ve been avoided if they had correctly fixed my hose or if they couldn’t figure it out at least let me know. My car stopped in the middle of the street and wouldn’t go over 5 MPH. Thank god I didn’t get into an accident or caused anyone else to get into an accident but it could’ve been really dangerous so take what happened to me as a learning lesson to avoid this shop if you can.
