I went to jiffy lube for several things. I needed an oil change for my high mileage car, check condition of my tires, a vacuum of my front floorboards, and see what i need to do in 3 to 6 months. I was quoted $60 for oil change after $20 coupon. When it was all done: the price went to $75 dollars after quote, before shop supplies charges, and they refused to honor their original spoken quote. They couldn't vacuum as their vacuum cleaner was broken. The tires need to be rotated, but they couldn't do it as someone broke their sockets so come back tomorrow. And I needed an engine flush for $160 dollars including quote. By the time they were done with the oil change I was done with them. Last time I go to that jiffy lube as they were also making fun of my car condition. They thought they were quiet, but I have good hearing and I know what I heard.

I checked my car after leaving this place. They failed to inflate my tires (the highest pressure was 22.5 PSI), they failed to fill my washer fluid, they overfilled the oil by about half a quart, and they failed to fill the power steering fluid. What's worse, all these were checked off as being okay in the report. It is worth noting that they do not fill anti freeze or brake fluid reservoir. On the plus side, when I called and spoke to the manager he agreed provide a free signature oil change...but how much do I want to go there again when I have to recheck and fix everything?

Tldr; they tried to sell me a $230 service that was done 200 miles ago. I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because most of the staff was super professional and friendly, even after I freaked out. The reason I freaked out is because the older guy running the computer system/top end tried to sell me a coolant flush due to rust in my radiator. It was VERY CLEARLY done 2 months ago. Not even 500 miles on it. It's immaculate for a 103k mile 2013. I called him out, and he started arguing with me about it.. and then tried to sell me more stuff!! I double checked all their work, and it's good. Tamper seal is on the oil plug, filter was snug, oil level looks fine. But that guy tried to sell me a fraudulent coolant flush. Then, I was using hand signals and nods with the techs to complete the oil change while that guy was rabbling. Luckily I know to watch for pressure, and shut it off so they can double check before sending me off... This guy tried to sell me a fraudulent service, argued with me when I told him it was done, then tried to sell me more stuff. Then at the end, I HAD TO HAND THAT SAME PERSON MY CREDIT CARD. This was easily one of the most unprofessional, shady services I've ever gotten in my life. Still kind of upset about it a day later. If you're clueless about cars and engines, beware. If my engine oil wasn't already dropped, I'd have immediately canceled the service.

What makes them extraordinary is their exceptional customer service. They fixed one of my kid's taillights on his car for free when he stopped in one evening. Absolutely avoid at all costs! High turnover workers are untrained and management is nonexistent. They sent my car out of the shop with out replacing the oil cap - causing all the oil to sputter out and drop below operating levels. This cause the motor to run unlubricated and has damaged our engine! Now that I have brought the issue to their attention the “managers” are refusing to return any of my attempts to communicate. I WOULD NEVER BRING ANYTHING AROUND THIS SHOP, the work ethic is deplorable. (They made several other small mistakes that aren’t even worth mentioning compared to the fact that I have a failing engine ). We will see you in court if my communications are not returned.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for the first time after seeing what looked like a great offer — 50% off an oil change. After clicking through, I realized it was actually $26 off a full synthetic oil change, but that still seemed like a good deal, so I decided to give them a try. The service itself was quick, which I appreciated. However, it didn’t feel particularly welcoming. Upon departure, I asked if they could please check my tire pressure and the headlights, taillights etc. I also inquired about getting my windshield cleaned and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. These are standard services their website listed as part of the oil change service. I was told that the windshield wasn’t typically included, no big deal on that one. But the tire pressure and lights are usually checked first. Later that day, when it started to rain, I noticed my windshield washer fluid hadn’t been refilled — even though it was marked as completed on the checklist they gave me. So while the paperwork looked thorough, not everything listed seemed to have been done. In the end, I paid $119 with the $26 discount, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel the value or customer service matched the price. I’ll be returning to Valvoline, where I’ve had consistently better experiences.

Came jn for an oil change/air filter this time around. The customer service here is great and they do a pretty good job taking care of people who don’t like to do this work by themselves. They have coffee and tea in the lobby and the waiting area is clean. I guess this jiffy lube is going to start doing small scale maintenance work. Radiators, brakes, and stuff like that.
