This place and Peter are the best. Definitely 5 stars. We were rear ended and our Camry needed body work. Our State Farm insurance guy recommended a body shop he's had good results with and I did get a quote with them, but they did not work directly with the company, Country Financial, that was paying for the repairs. So I went to Quality Auto and Peter took care of everything. We got the car back within 2 weeks even though Country Financial had not fully approved the work yet. Other body shops wait for the approval before proceeding with the work, but Peter didn't want us to be without our car that long so he went ahead with the work and while we now have our car he's left to go through the hoops with Country Financial to get paid. Most definitely would use him again and fully recommend him.

I had tear fender damage. I called Quality Auto Body they saw me the same day for an estimate. They called to order parts and were going to have me return the next day. I needed my car over the weekend they said drop it off in the morning on Monday and it would be ready Wednesday. Tuesday afternoon they called to say the final painting was done and that i could pick it up the next morning. The price was exactly as quoted. Repairs looked great. They even wanted the car. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are the best! I am not familiar with cars at all, so it’s hard to trust that shops aren’t adding additional charges that aren’t needed just because I don’t know any better. I went to multiple shops to get quotes for the damage on my car and Quality Auto Body was honest, nice and surprisingly the cheapest! They don’t charge you extra for the parts ordered, they only charge you for labor which is so nice! It feels good to know there is still an auto body shop that cares about their clients and not just about money. My car looks so shiny and new now! You can’t even tell where the damage was! They were so patient with me as well and helped me figure out what I needed from the insurance company and even talked to them too. If my car ever needs work again, I know I can trust Quality Auto Body. Thank you guys so much!!

Took in my Tacoma for a "fender bender" estimate. Not only were they super nice, but they came in below what I was expecting. I had them do the job and am very happy that I did. They were wicked fast (only took a few days) and everything came out great. If I ever need auto body services again, I'm not going to waste my time getting other estimates. Peter replaced the bumper and retainer on Camry and did a paint job. They were the only auto body who had a reasonable turnaround time of 1 week, cost and worked efficiently with Progressive insurance. Good job and kind. $30 for an estimate that is refunded if you get the repairs done with them. Work was done as per the time promised originally.

I dropped by this morning hoping to get a damage estimate and right as I came through the door the employee in the lobby was slinging profanity and loudly ranting about political stuff to either the phone or computer in front of him. This behavior was so unprofessional I did an immediate u-turn and left. I don't care how good your work is, there's no way I am trusting you with my car with this kind of behavior going on in your business for customers to witness. It's 2025 and pathetically easy for a customer to have a tiny hidden video camera or microphone in their car that records everything that happens while the shop has the car in their possession. Businesses that employ people that are professional would have nothing to worry about. Food for thought, bruh.

I had a Lexus NX300 2018 with a large deep scratch and dent on the door along with some more shallow scratches. Spent an afternoon getting quotes from various places. Some places outright told me they HAD to replace that door which would have cost significantly more. Peter took one look at it and told me straight away that he could repair this and blend the paint without replacing anything. Promised to have it fixed in 4-5 days I dropped the car off on a Monday morning and had it back in my possession by Friday. Car exterior was washed, dent was gone and the paint looked flawless. Even vacuumed and cleaned the interior of the car as well. Quality Auto Body delivered everything that was promised and more at a much more competitive price than some of the larger auto body shops in the area. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone for body work.

I honestly cannot recommend this shop enough. I needed work done for a fender paying out-of-pocket, and after reading several reviews about this shop not taking advantage of it's customers who don't know much about cars I checked then out. Peter was incredibly nice and respectful to work with. The quote I was provided completely beat the other shops that I had stopped by, and they worked with me to have the body work finished within my schedule needs. My husband recommended this place and I’ve been here multiple times now for my Toyota. If you need quick and reliable service, I highly recommend this place. The owner is super flexible with scheduling and gets the work done so fast (often even earlier than expected!) Communication was always easy, and he handled everything with my insurance companies without any headache. I really like that he was straightforward didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs.
