I purchased 4 new studded snow tires and used 1 season in 2022. Traded in the car the tires were for in 2023. My new car took a different size. I have now purchased two sets of tires from this business and recently helped my son pick up a set for his truck. I had never considered used tires until a friend of mine told me of his experience. The Tire Depot is a very busy little business, and rightly so. The owner is very friendly and knowledgable and makes good recommendations about the types and sizes that will fit your vehicle. They are good about sharing their inventory sheets so a person can browse the list. The prices and percent of tread life remaining is easy to follow. Sometimes, they have brand new sets that can be purchased at half the cost a person would pay in a retail facility. I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop to anyone looking for tires.

I've bought tires here about a dozen or more times in the past 5 to 6 years and have always had a good experience with the employees price , quality of tires and service. 2 months ago I had bought a set of four tires and had a issue with one so I decided to get a different set of tires and was pleased when Dwayne, The owner gave me same price trade in on the tires I had previously purchased more than fair thanks you guys keep up the standards.

On 1/5/2026 These busters Sold me a “near new” tire that was already damaged and had a temporary plug. They did not tell me, even thought I explained I would be traveling long distance the next day with my pregnant wife. Found out once I reached my destination and my tire was flat in the snow. Shop here at your own risk.

Extremely great prices. Lots of options for many different cars/trucks. If you have the time feel free to watch them work on your car. They have lawn chairs and it seems like they encourage it. I had lots of good conversation with other customers. $345 out the door for 4 Michelin tires with install included. They have 65% tread left, 100% worth it!

I came here originally because I got a flat tire, didn’t have money for new and it was the only shop open at the time. I’m a tire guy, I know tires. The first tire I got, got a huge buldge within the week, and weather cracked to hell. Had to come back, still pay, and they tried to say it was from a pot hole. Then the new tires we got, one of the tires said “Inside” on the outside of the tire, didn’t care too hard because I was going to get new tires later. Come to find out the reason the inside was on the outside was because they were hiding the damage of the tire from the outside. The damage is from sitting for years, weathered. Which is because of the tire pile that sits uncovered. I never recommend this place, I just thought they didn’t know how to put the rubber on the rim correctly, no they try to hide the damage. Probably thought my wife and I were dumb but not about tires, just trying to trust this place is why we are dumb. Doesn’t deserve 4.7 stars because they scammed us over $300 for shitty tires. We wanted to give the benefit of the doubt because they were sort of nice. Funniest part is we got 10 times better tires for free, practically new. The universe provides.

Sell new looking shined up old tires that look fine that are UNSAFE . . check the DOT date ours were almost 10 yrs past the DOT date ended up being cupped with dryr rot after buying them off fb marketplace . but look brand new because being soaked in tire shine 😡. Tried charging almost $200 more then listed for . another rip off tire shop stick with Les shwab etc . Don’t buy anything here

My husband brought the new tires we needed mounted and balanced in the bed of the truck and they wouldn’t even let him carry them over to the bay. Duane and his team were fantastic today! I reached out yesterday and got a response within minutes and they had me in first thing this morning. If you keep in mind that you are buying used tires then you will understand that this is a great deal! They take you to the tires you picked out and let you inspect them before starting the work. I paid less than $500 for four tires at 80% tread. The tires themselves are only a year and a half old. By far one of the best deals I received. Thanks for helping out those on a budget!

⭐ 1 Star I’ve been a long-time customer for over 7 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I’ve supported this business consistently bringing in all my family’s vehicles including my own, trading in tires when replacing them and leaving good tires behind for the owner to resell, which he does for a profit after shining them up a bit. Despite that loyalty, I’ve now been back 4–5 times for this one brake issue alone, and it still hasn’t been resolved. On my last visit, I was told that even though the brake pads were replaced, the problem might be caused by “something else not related to the brakes.” I was then told it was the rear brakes, paid $100 to have them “adjusted,” and sent on my way but nothing changed. This has become dangerous. I’ve had multiple situations where the car didn’t brake in time, which is unacceptable after repeatedly bringing a vehicle to a brake shop. On top of that, during those 4–5 visits, the workers broke my wheel cover and lost a lug nut, showing a lack of care and accountability. I later texted the owner directly asking for a clear explanation of what this supposed “other issue” could be, since I originally came in for brake problems. It’s been one week since I last contacted him and left him a message, never replied and has never provided a real, professional answer. At this point, I won’t be bringing my car back. When a long-time customer leaves with unresolved brake problems, damaged parts, missing hardware, and no response from the owner, that says everything. Extremely disappointed with the service and communication. That’s all I can say for now.
