I brought my vehicle in for schedule D service. I was given a detailed explanation of services that were due and/or required with pricing and given the option to accept or reject any or all services. In my opinion, my vehicle was properly evaluated and pricing was in line with my expectations. They investigated a couple of issues and resolved them at no extra charge. My vehicle runs and performs noticeably better. I am very pleased with the service and the professionalism at Brock Automotive.

If I could give this establishment more than five stars I would. If you are looking for an ethical, family owned auto repair shop this is your place. My previous car was making a loud whining sound and we brought it in only to later find out it needed a full transmission replacement (an estimate of 3500 dollars). Brock auto went above and beyond to help make an extremely difficult situation far less stressful for us. We found a decent used car within the week and bought the pre-purchase inspection. The mechanics were extremely thorough and sent me a full detailed report of the car. This shop doesn’t cut any corners and now I have a safe, reliable vehicle. Mark even printed the paperwork for us and double checked that we filled it out correctly. We will be bringing all of our vehicles to Brock now because they took such good care of us during this vulnerable time. Thank you to everyone at Brock for helping our family.

Peace of Mind. I would say a 5, I initially thought the price was high, but this is my wife's car and I need peace of mind. I also appreciated the diagnosis upfront. Been using this garage for about 4 years now. Have always been very satisfied with their work and customer service. Today my issue was an apparently dead battery or electric issue, but they found it was just the battery cable connections needed cleaning and did not charge me anything, plus sent me back and forth with Uber to my apt on their dime. Super excellent customer service. They may be a bit more expensive, but I would rather pay a bit more for great customer service and honesty.

I absolutely recommend going to this shop. Although they have the words "Import Specialists" in their description, I've taken both my domestic Chevrolet car and Japanese Honda pickup truck into them and been completely satisfied. They're great at diagnosing and explaining any issue your vehicle is facing in a clear way. They are quite competitive in the price of service. I brought my 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 to Brock Automotive to diagnose a water leak, and the experience was outstanding. They kept the vehicle for several days to thoroughly investigate the issue and determined that the repair would need to be handled by a body shop. Because of that, they did not charge me for the diagnosis, which really speaks to their honesty and integrity. James went above and beyond by offering to speak with and email the body shop directly to share his findings, which was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time and stress. They also worked directly with my extended warranty company and successfully replaced my rear differential. I also had my vehicle serviced while it was there, and it now runs smooth as butter. James was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Exceptional service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend Brock Automotive and especially James.

I came to Brock Automotive from the Honda Dealership because of the outrageous quote they gave me to fix my brakes. I brought my old gal in (a 2008 Honda CR-V) to be inspected and to get a new quote for service, and not only did they do a much more thorough inspection, they also fixed a lot more for less than Honda planned to charge me. The staff was all lovely and professional. They were communicative and explained the issues to me with a lot of patience (I am not a car person). The system they use to send info and quotes is really great, and it made selecting services and paying really easy. I was also surprised how quickly they were able to do so many things. Bonus - they have TWO little shop dogs. I will be coming back here anytime I have a problem, and I'll be sending others here as well. Thank you!
