I’ve had a couple of repairs done here. One was for a dead blower motor. One was for an electrical issue. One was a moon roof leak. And they’ve always been quick and inexpensive. Yes, the blower motor they put in was louder than the previous one, and may have been used, but it worked and they did it in a couple hours and hundreds less than anywhere else would’ve charged with a year warranty. (And I never had a problem with it.) And today I stopped in to get my windshield fluid reservoir fixed as it’d been damaged by debris on the freeway hitting it from underneath. Hasan looked at it, noticed it wasn’t leaking and that the bolt had been knocked out of the bracket and retightened it for free. I offered again to pay for his time and he said I was good. So the least I can do is give them a good rating. If you don’t have a lot of time or money and a new car warranty and need something critical fixed, this is a good place to start.

I’ve taken my Jeep in twice, and each time, they’ve been very fair, prompt, and helpful. They are knowledgeable in diagnostics and don’t charge you just to bring your car in like a dealership does. Took my car there and Haider the owner diagnosed it and told me to do the timing chain, and they did change it, after the car was done, the oil light starts showing up, I took the back and they drilled a hole at the bottom of the oil pan next to the drain plug, they said the oil light came on because it's dirty oil, but they changed the oil with the timing chain as well, it wasn't the issue, they didn't change the oil pump inside the timing chain and it caused the engine to start shaking and seized it. I had no problem with the engine before I took it there. Haider and his crew will lie to you and tell you the car had a problem before, or they will come up with anything, if i had any problem with the engine before, i won't replace the timing chain. Common sense.. Save your money and fix your car somewhere else. Don't trust this shop!..I had to tow the car from their shop and sell it with a bad engine.

Haider provided an instant and accurate diagnosis when I drove in, completed all the necessary repairs within a single day, and charged me a fraction of what I was quoted at Honda dealer in Beaverton for $1,700 and it cost me only $600 at Diamond Auto. I am an auto mechanic who has a very hard time letting other people work on my vehicles. I had to have a wheel bearing and ball joint pressed in on a Sunday when no other shops were open. They accommodated me last minute not once, but twice after figuring out the ball joint I brought was wrong. They saved my tush when I was in a serious pinch. It's late at night Sunday and I just reassembled everything. Car drives great and I can drive to work tomorrow. Can't express my gratitude enough 10/10

I have been here a few times. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs. They are always fair and their work holds up. They do not try and add on unnecessary fixes. Last time I went out they charged me a $100 for evaluation the issue with my car and $25 for the new hose and labor. The other day I stopped by and they diagnosed my issue for free. Had a great experience at Diamond today after the dealership couldn’t even handle the need I had. They didn’t even require I have an appointment. I got an oil change and had them reset some codes that got reset when the battery had been unplugged a couple months ago. I was in and out in an hour. Prices very reasonably. This seems like a family business and I will not hesitate to bring more business to them in the future!
