Went today to take my Mercedes in. The technician on the counter wasn’t as nice as before.He told me to come back in august that they were to busy. The worst part of it he wasn’t even nice about it. Been going to this shop for years. Guess this was the goodbye. I will not be taking my cars to them anymore.

I dropped my car off in the morning about an hour later i received a call to tell me what was wrong , how long it would take,and the final cost. If you want to lose money , and end up with random charges, this is the place for you. I took my car in for an oil change and ended up having to junk my car because they don’t know what they’re doing. Bad technicians and owner has a very bad attitude.

But he came back to shop 2 again 3 time same problem because he has problems with what was fixed and I hope he doesn't change my mind. why is it a lot of money ready spend $1600 dls 2/26/20 They gave me my car the same are bandits. Rats ////// I do not recommend this place!!!!! I wouldnever go back who returns because guarantee that they will steal you. will be charged for things that your car does not need. I considered making a complaint to customer service
