I took my car for front end alignment, and it seems that the personnel they have is not qualified for these jobs, they could not do the alignment and they damaged the alignment of the rear wheels.

They are thieves ! For nothing they charge you a lot. Don’t go to that place. Oh you know how to read that what the scanner said . In auto-zone they told you the same and they don’t charge anything but whatever. You need the money more than me take it as Christmas gift cheater 👍🏻

I bought a complete set of brake pads and brake rotors from this company through Amazon. Not only did they sent me the wrong brake pads and rotors, but they also sent me an incomplete package that was missing 1 rotor and the rear brake pads. After a ton of issues trying to get the package sent back to them, I was finally successful in doing so. Once these people received the merchandise back, they charged me a $45 restocking fee. I will be reporting them to the district attorney's office in NY as that is the location listed with Amazon (315 Boston Post Road, Port Chester, NY 10573 US). Stay away from these cheats. If you dig through the reviews at Amazon, you will see they have done this to many other people. I call fraud.

I took one of my vehicles here to get an oil change. I mentioned to the shop manager that I wanted him to take a look at my brakes. Something wasn't right. He claimed I needed an $1800 repair and it wasn't safe to drive. I told him I wasn't paying that much and i would like him to do the oil change and that's it. He didn't seem happy. A day later my transmission started acting up and is now not functioning properly. It seems another shop will now be receiving some business for a new transmission. This place is a SCAM!!!!!! Would not recommend. Now that the owner has put their two cents in. The issue was all 4 brake pads, 2 rear callipers, and NO rotors. The cost of the repair was $660 at a reputable shop. Unfortunately, I still have a NEW transmission issue after going to these crooks. My vehicle is beyond safe. Thank you for your concern.
